The Goodwill is kind of an eyesore tbh. I’ve been to other Goodwill‘s like the one in Austin, and they are bright, neat, well organized, and even color-coded…this one not so much- it’s kind of dreary and disorganized. Also, the dressing rooms are not back from being closed off during Covid… It’s time to open them back up!!! Covid ended a while ago. It’s time to get things going again. Can’t go over there and try on clothing without knowing if it fits or not for sure. Common now…
Also, I would like to add that I found a brand new shirt for Uniqlo with the price tag still on it $24, And Goodwill price was the same amount??!!! What is the point of drifting then if it’s going to be the same price?

10 people in line to check out. 2 of those people with carts stuffed to the brim. 1 cashier. 5(?) people doing stocking. If you like spending 1/2 hr in a check out line this place is for you. Hoards of resellers blocking the aisles waiting for fresh merchandise. If you can stand people shoving and crowding and being rude,, maybe this place is for you
I really used to love this store. But given the above experience and the recent price increases, it is no longer worth my time.

This store probably loses a little of money by keeping the dressing rooms closed. I picked out a bunch of shorts and pants to try on but going to put them all back on the rack. Not willing to pay and go to gas station to try on, the return for store credit if fit doesn’t fit (per one employee’s suggestion). Too bad. Wasted quite a bit of time, but did find some sneakers and accessories that I didn’t have to try on. And it did force me to be pickier than usual, which can be a good thing for my closet space!

When I went to goodwill I was 11 and my family is from Mexico and they didn't know English I was the only one that could talk English so,we where making line there was a family fighting with other saying bad word and then they said bad stuff of us??

Overpriced goodwill never come back. I don't know how you price peoples donation, we got the same quality of goods fro south bay stores.

Staff is nice but changing rooms are closed and you can’t return and get a refund. Clothes are mostly old and priced unreasonably. Shein clothes priced for more than they would cost new.

Great Goodwill! Excellent staff with gems to be found.. they are always getting new donations and the good ones go fast
