“Been a Farmer's client for over 20 years. Have had coverage for both real estate & vehicles. My SF office reliably & quickly answered any questions we've had. Farmer's recently completed a claim for a leak in a two BR townhouse in Southern CA. Considerable damage to floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets. The claim was processed very quickly. Claims rep communicated clearly. Minimal paperwork for what was involved. I was very satisfied with the work and the settlement. Note also that we had a similar claim in a small condo in the Bay Area about 10 years ago. Farmer's also handled that situation very well. My Bay Area Agent is Angela Lee. “I had policies with a previous agent that was transferred to this office. For various reasons, I had to terminate the policies. I’ve only interacted with Henry Ha and he has been beyond helpful. I have had some weird circumstances due to moving and he has been so accommodating, and most importantly clear in his instructions and follow up.
