“Dealing with insurance companies can often be a frustrating experience. I was recently rear-ended on the highway during traffic, and to make matters worse, the other driver didn’t have a valid license. I was sure the situation was going to be a major headache.
When I called State Farm, Cheryl was exactly what I needed to ease my anxiety. She walked me through how to handle the other driver’s insurance company and clearly explained what my next steps should be. She even encouraged me to call back after a few days so she could help me follow up and offer additional guidance.
Since then, I’ve spoken with her a couple more times, and she has consistently made this entire process much easier. My car is now repaired, and while I’m still waiting for the other insurance company to get their act together, I truly appreciate the support I received.
