Great convenient place for washing your dog! it costs $18 for the token and it gives you approx 20 min of washing and drying. The staff is friendly and there are plenty of dog treats you can purchase here as well :)

My experience was amazing. Just came in to buy dog food and the customer service was top notch. The associate Maggie, was so friendly and helped me load this huge bag of dog food to my car. She made great recommendations and really cared for my dogs even though I didn't have them with me! Thank you again Maggie. Pet food express is where it is at!

What great service, love for pets, compassion for pet owners. The workers here are absolutely wonderful, and you can see that they care about the service they provide. GIVE THEM ALL A RAISE! lol.I came here a couple days before I was potentially adopting a puppy. One of things I needed to bring was a temporary dog tag with contact phone. I had asked an associate if I can just get a tag with the phone number, because I may want to change my potential puppy's name which seemed like it fine. I came back a week later after deciding to keep the puppy's name. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to add the name to the tag since it's 1 sided. So they made me a new one free of charge. I was totally willing to pay for the new tag, but they insisted. We chatted for a bit and my new pup "Yam" got a couple treats and a couple more for the road. So nice of them!I'm a customer for life!

I was on my way home from an appointment yesterday and realized I needed to get dog food. I came across Pet Food Exoress in Burlingame and decided to give it a try. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted and welcomed by Holly. She not only welcomed me but suggested different food options for my dogs. She was full of informations and very sweet. I will most definitely go back to this location.

The staff has always been very friendly and helpful here. I ordered some items online for pickup, and not only was that a very easy transaction, but they gave me a bunch of extra treats for my cats!The only downside is that parking can be pretty tough around here when downtown Burlingame is busy.

My puppy passed and I went in to get a stuffy for the remaining pup for comfort. The gentleman helping me was very kind and sensitive. The woman who helped me at the register gave me the stuffy free of charge and would not let me pay. I broke into tears and she let me give her a hug. These people have hearts as big as the pets we love. They have won my business for life.Thank you with all my heart for your kindness today.

Came in here looking for some joint supplements and was greeted right away by the very friendly and helpful cashier (unfortunately did not get her name but she checked me out at 12:26 pm, she had red hair). I did not know what supplements to get for my dog and she was very knowledgeable on a lot of the products and helped me pick a supplement. I appreciate the quality service that was provided. Will be back :) !

I LOVE coming here to get my dogs' food. The workers are always so cheerful and appreciative. They are informative of their products and provide that focused customer service for each customer that comes in. I love talking about pets to each worker and each visit is a new learning experience!

Good place to wash your dog. Only oaid $18 dollars. Now my dog is all cleaned up. Friendly staff as well.
