Bad customer service encounter with the tall guy Ive ordered moulding with my shades that i need. But when got home one moulding have different shades and i told him to change it to the right one but he gave me an attitude that he told me to go to the floor and find my own color. He supposed to help me but instead he wants me to help my own

Great customer service. I ordered the wrong size stair treads and LL took them back, no questions asked, and helped me figure out how to order the right treads through a custom order. They were thorough with their quote, and they followed through on the order. Staff at the store is friendly and helpful. Parking is easy. Would use again for future flooring need.

The gentleman(I think his name was Brendan, sorry if I spelled your name wrong) that helped us was really knowledgeable. He was also really friendly and patient, answering all of our questions. We love the recommendations he gave us! There were some issues our contractor made. Brendan quickly helped us to figure out a solution and saved the day. Really appreciate it!

This was a horrible experience for me. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. There was a breakdown in communication between LL Flooring and their installer. I purposely had them do the installation because I thought it would be easier even if it costs more. Wrong!!! They even bungled the delivery of materials. They did not inform me that it was missing several boxes of wood until the installers came! The wood was supposed to be inside my house for 2 weeks!!! The bag of cement came in a trash bag and the trowels were the wrong kind. I had to reschedule my installation after the installers told me I needed to replace my sliding doors as they had leaks. When the doors were replaced, I called the installer to resume work just to be told my order was cancelled! I called LL Flooring who said it was their Headquarter that cancelled it and later said it was the installer. I asked them to schedule it but was not told I had to go into the store to pay since they had refunded it without my knowledge. They could not take payment over the phone! When I got there, their system was down and that I had to wait till it is up again and they did not know when. Grrrr! I then insisted they take my credit card info and that no way was I driving back there just to pay. I called the installer to let them schedule installation and that I had already paid. Lo and behold they did not get the order until 2 days later and took another 2 days to call me to schedule and to tell me that I had to wait 3 weeks since they were booked!!!!Long story short, after 2 months, ny floors were finally done. The installers did a good job but this was so very stressful and exhausting. I can't count how many phone calls this took.I hope no one else experiences this. Never again!!!!

We just had a really bad experience.They treated my wife poorly and did not provide her with service. There is a 300lb man who tried to sell my wife broken boxes for full price. He said that’s all they had and gave a schpiel about how that’s all they had in stock.I was there the day before with someone else and knew he was wrong.I zoomed over in person to find out the problem and it turns out that the big guy was wrong. They had a ton of good boxes of the material we were looking for and the woman sold them to me.She opened the door for my wife with her stroller and the other guy literally just talked at my wife full of lies and misdirection.The big guy is clearly incompetent, and besides him LL flooring is an upstanding establishment.Wasted 2 hrs of my wife’s time and 2 hrs of mine for a total of 4hrs wasted and gas.

They reached out after seeing this review, but we replied that we did already reached out, and that they responded by sending an inspector who said that it was our fault for not telling the installers, who LL recommended, how to install the flooring correctly. We tried reaching out again after that asking how we could have possibly known that the installers they recommended were doing it wrong, and the reply was something along the lines of the installers being a separate company that they didn't control so it wasn't their fault. We also called out that we then had new flooring installed, so it was too late to fix this, and therefore this negative review stands. I came here to look at flooring for some work we're having done. The gentleman that helped us was really knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions and I was able to walk out with one sample of flooring that I was considering. The other one they didn't have a sample in stock but it was mailed to me for free! Also while we were considering our options they actually called me to let me know that they were having a sale and what I was looking at was on sale. I really appreciated them reaching out to me. After I got the flooring they did call me again to let me k ow of another sale and I asked that they remove me from their calling list and they did! I appreciated the great service I received from beginning to end!!!

This place is a hole in the wall no room to park in front or on the street because of all the trucks they have they are repairing the trucks on the street while customers are trying to park to go into the store and many other places in the area for a lot cheaper I wish these people would be more considerate and move the truck so people can actually park and do shopping in the store but I guess they don’t want the business

Awful customer support, came at 9 to pick up the material they’re saying that I have to wait till 9:30 ( store opens at 8 ) just one person working both in store and warehouse, that’s not a way to run a business.

It was a waste of time. I waited for a month for something that looked completely different than the floor sample. I was told that there will be slight variation. When someone tells you slight variation, I was expecting small dark spots and strikes here and there. Just look at the photos attached... you call this "slight variation?" My vendor picked up one box for me and took a picture of the pieces that came in this box because he thought it was the wrong order. I went back to return the entire order (around $7k). The store manager told me that I cannot return opened boxes and that I needed to reach customer service to get the full refund. At that point, I pretty much lost my cool. I hate being angry toward customer sales reps but this looks nothing like what I have ordered. He told me that LL floors has x amount of stores and all stores have different floor samples. Ok I don't care. If the variation in the product is so prominent, you need to let your customers know. In addition, there is no photo on the back of the sample as I have been by a different rep over the phone that I should have looked at the photo on the back of the floor sample. At the end, the store manager agreed to refund me, even on the open boxes. He just wanted me to get out of the store before 6pm. Let's hope my full refund will be processed. The lesson is, ask for product photos before you buy. Some floor samples are more deceiving than the others.

I walked in to order some flooring, Rodney helped me out, I made a selection paid for it he had the materials in stock., he load me up and I left very professional 20 minutes it's all it took.

Bought over 1500 sqft of a flooring here for a full home remodel, needed two more boxes so I gave them a call. They said that they did have it, I go in and purchase but when I open the box it is a completely different material. I go and return incorrect items, guy working there tells me that they do not accept anything that has been taped back up (I taped back the box I opened) and that he was doing me a FAVOR by accepting the return. I say to him, it’s the wrong material you’re not doing me a favor, he then says that he can lose his job for accepting this return. Really? You can lose your job for accepting a return because you gave me the wrong material? After this altercation I ask if there is any stock elsewhere in the Bay Area, he says no. I check online and see that a location in San Jose (about 30-35 min away) has over 40 boxes in stock. A terrible experience overall, lack basic customer service and I can sincerely say that I will not be doing business with them in the future.
