I happened to be in the area yesterday and decided to check out Madewell on the whim. I walked down to the boutique, saw a 20% off sale sign and used this for my first genuine leather jacket purchase. I was in and out of the store under 15 minutes including trying on two sizes and getting rung up at the cashier for my purchase. Thank you to Maria for greeting me within minutes of entering the store, assisting me in the fitting room, and finalizing my purchase at the front counter. I really appreciate that the whole team helped each other communicate applying the discount and then getting a sleeve protector in the back. Everyone was genuinely cordial yesterday, a win-win experience. I would recommend this store for anyone looking for quality or in my case, a nice leather jacket. Madewell in Burlingame :)

Love this location! Organized and friendly staff!I love the workout yoga pants! Better than my Lululemon's. I also like their jewelry selection, from minimalist to bolder designs. I really like the quality of the clothes as well as their jeans.Parking was easy, so many parking lots around the area but I usually find street parking right away.Looking forward to Christmas and shopping here for presents.

This is my go-to Madewell store because of the convenience and it's not too difficult to find parking. I've been shopping at Madewell for a few years now and all I usually purchase are their belts, bags, and accessories. All of their items are great quality. I wear their belts and bags almost everyday and they look great as they age. The jewelry is so cute dainty, also perfect for everyday wear and for gifts. I've been wanting new jeans and decided why not try Madewell's. Maria was extremelyyyyyyyy helpful and so friendly. I find it so difficult to find jeans that fit me perfectly. I didn't know my size and Maria literally looked at me and guessed my size perfectly. So spot on!! I left with two pairs of jeans that I love, a crossbody bag, and some jewelry. I had such a great experience at this location.

This was my first time at this location! Street parking was fairly easy to find. As for my experience, it was great! Customer service was wonderful and one of the associates, Paul, was very attentive and helpful during my visit. The store and dressing rooms were very clean and organized as well. Thanks Madewell!

I have been a big Madewell fan and today I had BEYOND excellent customer service from Maria.As a school teacher during a pandemic- half my wardrobe didn't fit me anymore (big thanks to distance learning) and I was in need for new "teacher" clothes that fit and comfortable! Maria was super helpful finding me 2 pairs of jeans and some tops. She was patient with me and made sure that everything I tried on fit and she gave me my teacher confidence back.Thank you Madewell Burlingame, especially Maria! :)

Stopped by this Madewell because I ordered items online and had them sent to the store for pickup. Was able to try on the items I bought, which is a plus. I got shorts that were too big for me, so I ended up getting an exchange. Anya was super helpful! I felt bad that the system wasn't working and she had to call another Madewell to put in an order for me, but she was very accommodating and made the process super easy! Thank you again Anya, and I hope I didn't stress you out lol. Will definitely shop here again!

I have been to a few Madewell stores in the past few years, but none of them were as welcoming as this one! I was so lucky to have come across Jerelynne one day when I came in during my lunch break. She was extremely helpful and so patient with me. Jerelynne made me feel confident about the jeans I was purchasing because of the great knowledge she had about them. I also love that I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything. She also mentioned to me that they had this pretty cool recycle program that if you bring in a pair of old jeans, you get $20 off a new pair at the store! Let me tell you, $20 off a pair of really good, quality jeans is well worth it. I also want to share this positive review with the other amazing staff members I had the pleasure of meeting! Tipp (the manager, who called me when they found my holds that we thought were put back!!), Grecia & Maria have all been so kind and sweet to me when I come in, even when I'm not making a purchase. I hope that everyone and anyone else who walks into this store has the same or similar experience when shopping at Madewell in Burlingame. Thank you again folks for all amazing help!

I always have to drop by this Madewell location anytime I am in the downtown Burlingame area. Staff is super friendly (even with a mask on) and helpful. The store is always clean and well organized. I always find my size and a great selection of styles. I NEVER leave without buying something.

Let me just say I am soooo excited that there is finally a Madewell on Burlingame ave! This was my first time coming in and it is already my favorite store!! I am a first time buyer of the madewell jeans and was pretty clueless about my sizing and what style i was going for. One of the employees Jerilyn was very helpful and her energy was great. She had helped me from start to finish and did not mind me trying on multiple pairs. She would constantly check up on me in the fitting rooms and seemed like she wanted to actually get to know my style by asking what I like and what I don't like about what i was trying on. Everything is nice and clean and presentable. What i also like about this company is that every pair of jeans you donate, you get $20 off their jeans. Not onlu is the store itself inviting, but so is the staff. will be back

Well, dropped by tonight after work to get something for my wife for bday and valentines. People there super nice. But I think they need a bit more training. I'm a guy and I think i could have folded the sweater in the box nicer. One sweater was just kind of tossed in the gift box with no tissue, one had a tissue with a sticker, but again, very poorly. As a guy, I don't really care. As the recipient, she may care a bit more but at our age, whatever. But I am going to assume presentation in retail still matters and if it does, this was a C-. Their moms probably never taught them how to fold their clothes, so sigh, now the manager will have to. Also, told a gift, gave me gift receipts but price amount still on the tag. Don't most places fold along the perforated line and tear off the end with the price? A+ on customer service, trying to help, good energy. New crew since this Madewell just opened 2 weeks ago. Execution could be alot better, though. Hey still gave you 4 stars! Just my 2 cents.

My girl was "the fool who went and ripped her pants!" (but I'd dance with her anyway). Took her raggedy ole' jeans to this location to recycle. They gave her a $20 coupon for each pair. Quick and easy transaction. Clean store (albeit they just opened). Friendly service. Was in and out.
