I recently scratched my car door on a garage pillar and brought it to this shop. The team here did an amazing job fixing it up – it looks as good as new! They were very professional, upfront about costs, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. Everything was transparent, with no hidden charges. I’d absolutely recommend them for anyone looking for quality, honest car repairs!

My car was hit. The online reviews were very high, but I was deceived. It was a Chinese-owned shop, so I came over to repair the car. My car was inspected and an estimate was made. The insurance company needs an estimate to pay for the damage to my car. , they called me at least 5 times but they didn’t give it to me. Their boss said that I didn’t repair the car in their shop and they didn’t give it to you. What can you do? (I went to their shop three times to have my car repaired, and the car was delayed for two weeks without telling me the repair time.) Later, the insurance company told me to go to their designated repair shop to repair the car. I could only follow the insurance company’s requirements and was forced to I didn't go to this shop to get my car repaired. The owner of this shop spoke with a grudge and it was very irritating. Now I can only admit that my car was hit and I have no way to ask the other party's insurance company to compensate. No matter what I say, they won't give me an estimate and I won't give him any money. Not to me! The Chinese are so unkind to their compatriots and so cruel. Before this, I called twice to ask when the car could be repaired. They said that they could only purchase parts after approval from the insurance company. I asked the boss for an estimate and asked me. You said you didn’t repair the car here and I already bought the parts? I just came up with nonsense. I used to get an estimate at a car repair shop in the United States. They gave me a very detailed estimate directly and it was free. As expected, Chinese people are the worst scammers. Don’t go to this Chinese shop with fake reviews to get your car repaired.

My car got hit many times ever since I had my car for 6 years now, this is The best auto repair shop in Bay Area, they fixed my car with no issues afterward. Unlike others shops, always had some issues after repaired. Highly recommended this shop.

Replaced the backup camera for my Ford Fusion there. A common issue so the camera was back ordered at the dealerships. Once the order arrived, they replaced it quickly with very reasonable labor cost. Highly recommended.
