“We had a great experience from start to finish. Mark was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured during the process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the differences between mattresses, and genuinely helped us find the best fit for our needs and comfort preferences. You can tell Mark truly cares about customer satisfaction rather than just making a sale.
The store itself was welcoming, clean, and well organized, which made the shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Delivery was also efficient, seamless, and right on schedule. The team was professional, careful, and made setup stress-free.
Overall, this was one of the smoothest big purchases we’ve made, and we’d absolutely recommend Mark and the store to anyone looking for a quality mattress and excellent customer service.”
“It was a pleasure working with Neal on our wallbed order, he was friendly and knowledgeable, showed us different options. It took me only my lunch break to discuss all options and have an estimate. The order delivery timeline was exactly as discussed during the order placing. I recommend Wallbeds 'n' More for anyone looking for Murphy bed options.”
“This is one of my favorite Burlingame stores! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. We shop here for annual Christmas gifts and for special occasions. Beautiful stuff and great people!”
