I wanted this shop to look at my wheelchair lift and do a tune up. My lift is more than 10 years old and discontinued. Long story short they offered zero value in their service. They just looked at it and did nothing other than a battery test. "Your van is not in our system, we can't really do anything" They charged me 1 hour of labor. No mention of checking fusesNo mention of oiling moving partsNo mention of checking the wiringNo mention of worn out partsNo mention of any concernsNo mention of any type of service they could do for meZero value in their service if you own a old lift let alone if your lift is not from purchased from them. At the end of it what service, value, or repair can they do to help me? Nothing. I'm paying for their wheelchair lift experience and got none of it.I won't be coming back.

T’erra made renting a van a smooth process. She’s efficient, reliable and so helpful and we’ll rent there again because of her.

Unable to get a hold online or by phone. My friends have tried but no luck. Are they out of business. We have a hard time finding a place to rent a van for a couple of hours. That is all I ask for. Totally Disappointed. I've left messages but no call back

We purchased a wheelchair accessible van from MobilityWorks about three years ago and they have always treated us with respect and given us great service. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase the van and, in fact, they searched the whole Bay Area for a van that met our needs and was within our price range. We bring our van every six months to maintain the ramp, change the oil, and all the fun things that you have to do to keep your car running, and there always very thorough, friendly and they do excellent work! Particular shout out to Gayla and Ray the service manager. I recommend them enthusiastically to anyone that's purchasing or renting a van, or maintaining the van they already have.

Very helpful, decent ppl and if you need an oil change, they do that there too. 1 of the few, maybe only place on the Penninsula &SF area that cater to installing, fixing, caring for wheelchair accessible vehicles. If you live close by in neighboring town they might be able to pick up and drive your vehicle to the shop for maintenance and return it to you- inquire. I had been negligent to do needed maintenance on my van, I also needed my hand-controls,lift checked as well as a new EZ lock and (& bolt under chair) installed after I got a new wheelchair(my old one was also worn out after over 10 yrs). They are so helpful, friendly and reasonable I am glad to give them my business and fear them ever closing!
