Stopped in here to do a test drive and the salesperson & sale manager were great. The inventory was extensive for the car we were looking at, the Nissan Arriya EV. Very easy to make an appointment. Service person was expecting me at my designated time slot. Service was performed within the estimated time duration. Friendly and courteous service. Could not have asked for anything more.

Kevin is a very nice and professional.One opportunity is to bring back the car wash after service. There is no reason to not to give a customer back their car with a complimentary car wash thanking them for spending their hard earned $$$ at Nissan.

I like these guys but lately they haven’t been as thorough as they used to. My van needed the 120K service yet they didn’t perform all the required services or talk to me about them because I only asked for an oil change. Also the issue with the brakes has been going on since they were installed.

I've been coming to this dealership for over 9 years ago (car service )Kevin is the one who always helps me !!! He's great , punctual and he explains to me every detail about my car !! If something needs to be change or sone !!He's also super patient with me !!I don't leave my car there if he's not there ! I really recommend this place with this guy ! He's so helpful !!!!

Joe helped us finalized the new purchase of 2023 Nissan Sentra SV in a very friendly and very efficient way. He is very knowledgeable about the car he is selling. Made comparisons for available options for us. He was also very patient to answer our questions. His instructions on closing processing was clean cut and precise so that we don’t waste our time to complete the sales. I highly praise Joe Connelly as our new car purchase advisor and sales. First time service customer at Nissan of Burlingame. Booked appointment online with no issues. Showed up on my appointment date, received a quick routine oil and tire rotation service. The service was awesome, and we will be going back again. Thank you!

Service type: Yearly maintenanceCar type: Nissan LeafService was prompt, efficient, effective, and not too expensive. Charges and future maintenance practices were well-explained.I also originally purchased my car from this shop, and have found it to be reliable and pleasant to drive. I do wish its software were a bit better, however, as there seems to be no way to monitor my car's status (particularly its location and charge) from a distance.

I have a 2019 Infiniti SUV. Both of the batteries in the key fobs needed to be replaced. I called Nissan of Burlingame and asked if they were able to do that for me and the man I talked to said sure bring it in. So I drove over to Nissan and the guy in the parts department changed both batteries and didn’t charge me anything exclamation. Thank you so much Neeson a Burlingame you made my day.

Came for my first service after car purchase. Oil change and maintenance was done in a timely manner. Inspection found that I needed to replace my battery, which was below charge. Service and customer service was outstanding.negatives: 1) battery was not in stock so I had to come back the next day. 2) no shuttle service so no options to leave my car and/or go back to work
