“A couple of weekends ago, I was unlucky enough to have my car act up on the freeway on a Sunday afternoon. I was fortunate to have Mike and his autobody shop conveniently off the highway. Mike and his employees were efficient, communicative, and transparent while they assessed my car's issues and worked on a solution. I left his shop within a couple of hours with a new sparkplug and new knowledge about my engine. Mike is a stand-up guy. I would absolutely recommend using Extra Care Auto Repair!”

“I am so happy that Kieran (the owner) is so dedicated to fixing cars and solving complex problems. My old van needed new rear drum brakes. Kieran installed three different sets and I always had a strange noise. Kieran kept working on the issue and finally discovered I needed original parts. He tracked down the one remaining set in Texas and had it shipped to him. Now my van feels new!!Kieran worked hard to solve this problem and still just charged me a reasonable fee.”
“This establishment has been in business in Pacifica for a long time. We drove from Washington Cascades through Oregon Mountains to California mountains, Mt. Shasta and developed a growl in front of car starting at 18 -20 mph. By Redding the growl was louder and worrisome by Vacaville. Made it to Pacifica and next morning drove into Eddies Valero Service Center and were greeted by a very lovely kind man then joined with another employee of Eddie’s. Hearing our worries on our way home to Texas. They immediately did a test drive, and as we thought, it may be a bad bearing in the hub. They moved cars around and put ours on a lift and confirmed bad bearing in left and same noise but softer in right. We approved doing both left and right and they were through by 3:30 pm and we were able to make an appointment at 4 and visit in SFO. We now feel safe returning to Texas in the coming week.
Thank you for having such nice long term employees and you okaying a quick load to lift and repair. If you live in Pacifica, California, My husband and I highly recommend giving this auto service and repair establishment a try.”
