My technician, Mario Lopez was prompt and friendly and had my spa repaired under warranty in no time. He was super helpful with spa cleaning tips and explained the nature of the service work thoroughly and to my satisfaction. Kumi was very helpful in helping me find the right spa for my family, including walking me through various options. The transaction was smooth. Although there were some delays (to be expected these days), we ultimately received the spa. The delivery team was professional and did a nice job.
