Very thorough inspection. My advisor Jordan Cuellar communicated from beginning until the end. The process is very easy from signing estimate to final invoice. Great job in sending video of the inspection!Definitely a five star experience!

We took our BMW 528 i for a light check that appeared on the dashboard of our car.We paid almost $600 dollars for them to pass the machine and find out the reason for the lights on the panel and guess what?We left there with our car without knowing what really needs to be done.We paid $600 for absolutely nothing to be done and without any diagnosis concluded. I’m trying to understand the best place to take our car, since BMW itself didn’t know what to do.They even had a part of our car changed that costs more than 3 thousand dollars and they still didn’t make sure if that was really the problem.What do you mean?$600 thrown in the trash

Long-term review from a long time BMW Owner.5 -Stars over 18+ years, began when the Service department was at the current Sales location (across from the Taxi-cab burger place).Now, the Service department is on Adrian Rd.5 Stars for my advisor Wai Wong;5 Stars for Certified MasterTech Anthony ;5 Stars for the extended staff, named below .Wai advised, recommended, followed-up, and summarized my Services on my Ultimate Driving fleet! Consisting of classic 5-Series and 3-Series5 Stars for the extended Staff who welcomed me, checked-in the car today and to the Staff who helped me with Parts/Accessories/Payment.Their names are Louie, Rhea (sp?), Samy, and Claire ..::.. Excellent customer service and professional demeanor!Shout out / Kudos to the staff at the intake bay, too! I highly recommend this place. During our visits, we had the pleasure of working with Kenny Lew on multiple occasions, as well as with other representatives (although I regretfully forgot their names). The entire team is exceptionally friendly, honest, and consistently made me feel well taken care of. Kenny, in particular, stands out for his super responsiveness and extraordinary accommodation. Road trip to snow saved by your service manager OliverG. He arranged a car rental, kept us posted regarding repairs and had my car ready for pickup upon return. What could have been a disaster turned into a positive experience. When time comes for a new car, you can be sure BMW will be at the top of my list. Peter Pan service is exceptional.

Excellent service. Took my car in to do a break fluid flush and change brake. The mechanic was very detailed looked at all inspecting the vehicle. Our service advisor Steve was awesome, he reminded me what service I need to do next to ensure the vehicle is in top notch.

UPDATE: Manager called and waived the fees. Prompt response and good customer service! I'm changing to a 4 starThe dealership is great but STAY AWAY from the service department! The overall experience was very frustrating. We took the car in for a pretty minor seat issue and it took them almost a week to finish the work. That's not too bad since we were given a loaner. However when we returned the loaner they forced a $500 charge on us because there were some minor scratches on the tire/trim which we had nothing to do with. Of course we couldn't prove it because we had only taken pictures of the body of the loaner for scratches before pick up and we were never told to look at tires at the time of pick-up inspection. It also just happens that they were trying to sell a protection package of the loaner to me which would cover anything on the windshield and tires which I declined. Coincidence? I don't know.

I’ve been a Peter Pan BMW customer since 1998 and continue to be amazed by the service I receive. This is a shout-out to Kenny Lew in the service department. I got a flat tire Friday morning (11/17) and immediately drove to the service department. Despite not having an appointment and initially being told that the day was completely booked, Kenny said that he would be able to get the tire replaced within 2 hours. Since my suv was a new lease, Kenny was able to update the tire & wheel protection info for my account and got me back on the road just inside 2hrs. I’m guessing that being a satisfied customer since 1998 was a factor in the service I received. Thank you Kenny and the entire service department @ Peter Pan BMW !!!

Excellent customer service and timely updates on the repairs and service by Kenny Lew. The process of scheduling and pickup of the loaner car was a breeze. Overall very happy with the service experience.

Very detailed evaluation when I brought my car in for a diagnostic! Quick, easy communication and no hassle to pick up your car. WISH I could have had a rental but at the moment the only thing available was shuttles! Overall it was a good day to go for a walk so I didn’t mind ?.

Wai was very patient, sweet and informative! She guided me throughout the process of my vehicle being serviced and my mechanic Kel did a great job sharing more insight on what my vehicle needed and how it looked. The customer lounge was very clean and well kept and they offered variety of coffee as well as individually packaged muffins. I will definitely be coming back every time.

Absolutely amazing service! I am on my second leased BMW with all service included and I couldn’t be happier. Roberto manages all communication and work at the highest level of quality.6 months ago I moved to an area 1.5h area from this BMW Service location, but I refuse to abandon the level of service I get here. To me it’s worth the drive to be helped by Roberto and his team.
