Excellent and competent service. They showed up when expected, got right to the heart of the matter, and were prepared (with the right parts on hand) to repair our Bosch dishwasher quickly and successfully. Also, very pleased with the service professional, Sergey, and his level of knowledge to get the job done. Highly recommend.

Miele dishwasher, after 9 years my beloved dishwasher door tensioner gave out. I only know the details because the technician Diagnosed it during the first initial visit, order the parts , parts came Faster than expected. He came back the Following week for the install, all is good! I found this experience, very competent, Smooth, scheduling and on time. Price , Not cheap by any means, but fair for the No nonsense repair.

Really enjoy working with Quality Appliance repair team of technicians. They are very professional, friendly, patient and detail oriented. The initial technician, Tim came out twice as scheduled to do deep diagnosis of my freezer to determine the actual issues and then schedule Sergey to come out to fix the actual problem as it requires someone with special skill set and license to do the repair and Sergey had those qualifications. All completed timely within one week without any hassle. Excellent job to the team!

I've had troubles with my oven door for a couple years now. I did a temporary fix that lasted a couple months. Sergey came and replaced the worn out hinges with new. Now it works better than ever! About a year ago, the owner, Sergey, came to our house to fix the exhaust hood. We had several other repair services tell us it was unrepairable and we purchased a new exhaust hood. The company replacing the hood measured incorrectly and the new unit could not be fitted. We were reimbursed and it was only then that I found Quality Appliance Repair. The quality of service and very reasonable price was outstanding.
Our oven died a few weeks ago and the technician who was sent out was also named Sergey. He needed to order a part and came back a few days later. That same day, our washing machine went on the blink and Sergey inspected it and ordered the requisite part and returned a few days later to install. Everyone we have dealt with at Quality Appliance Repair is highly professional. They are friendly, knowledgeable about appliances, efficient and so willing to answer any questions about appliances. I highly recommend them to anyone for any appliance repairs.
