I have only threatened legal action twice in my life. This was one of them. This lender messed up my refi disbursement, causing the wrong car to get paid off. They did not reply to people on our side of the transaction wanting information during the lending process, so much so that our people had to call us and tell us they were getting no response. After the wrong car pay off fiasco I attempted several times to get a hold of this company, with no luck. Finally, I sent an email to one of the owners, advising him that if I did not hear from him by close of business, I would be consulting an attorney. Well I'll be damned if I didn't get contacted within 30 minutes, via some quasi fancy Zoom type email link, which failed to impress me. But I was advised that the car payoff was a done deal and there was no changing it. I was given a partial refund, via some gift cards or some shit, which was also weird.A business that fails this hard at the one thing they are in business to do, deserves to get these kind of reviews. Not only was the refi process done incorrectly, but they failed to return our calls afterwards, probably hoping we would just go away. The fact that they managed to mess up something in the payoff process simply astounded me. Imagine if it had been a more delicate payoff issue, sending the homeowner into a financial tailspin...yikes!Also I was asked by the same fancy Zoom email sender to review them on Google, prior to the completion of the refi (and payoff problem)...also very odd. I have since removed my initial Google review, and replaced it with this one. Steer clear of this lending company....

I can always trust Faris and his team to provide outstanding service. They've helped me with a 1031 exchange purchase and 2 refinances now and they've all gone like clockwork. Very professional and great communication.

Loved working with Dave through the loan process - he was helpful, informative, and generally timely. Two reasons why this review is 1 star... First, Premier sold my loan to another servicer less than 2 weeks after we closed on our house.The second (and main) reason this review is so low is because for MONTHS after they sold my loan to another servicer, their systems - for whatever reason - didn't update to show that I no longer had an outstanding loan with them. This resulted in an avalanche of collection calls and letters, each time having to explain to representatives that my loan was sold and no longer serviced by Premier. Premier outsources their Customer Service to a general third-party center on the east coast, and no CS rep was able to help me rectify the situation. Both my wife and I suffered credit hits since both lenders showed an open loan. I also attempted to submit a help request online, but despite multiple pieces of evidence showing my loan was sold and that I was paying my monthly mortgage to my new servicer - including Premier's system clearly noting that my account had been sold - the rep wasn't able to verify the information given and requested I contact my bank to gather deeper transaction information that could not be obtained on my own. This made me wonder why I'm being asked to jump through these hoops when Premier is the party at fault for the situation? It's been nearly 3 months of my wife and I having to deal with the stress of being bombarded with undue collections communications, plus the lack of Premier's ability to help rectify the situation on multiple fronts. I see Premier generally has very favorable ratings, so I assume we're an odd exception to the norm, but this isn't the service I expected by doing business with them.

Working with Steve Cabral a pleasant experience. This was my first time purchasing a home and Steve made sure to communicate with me every step of the way. He always took the time to answer any questions I had. He made the whole process easy and not overwhelming. I appreciate the help and guidance I recieved from him. Lisa Luca has been awesome since the start. Her communication has always been consistent with us during the long refinancing period and I trusted her judgement on getting us the best pricing available. I would highly recommend her and will be using her in the future when we need her again.

As a realtor, communication is key and Rick did an outstanding job keeping me up to date as this loan quickly progressed! We had final loan approval in 19 days and he locked in at a great low rate! Fantastic service!!!

I have used the services of Lisa Luca at Premier Lending for my most recent four refinances on my properties. I have also called on her for purchase loans as well. She absolutely knows what she is doing! Responsive, knowledgeable, and unlike other lenders I have used...she simply gets it done! I have recommended her to all my clients and friends. As a first time home buyer, I was so nervous about every step I needed to take to purchase my first home. After about 3 different banks not returning my calls or putting me last in line, I was referred to Faraj Lending by a family member who told me they were awesome. After about 2 hours of reaching out, Farris was in contact with me and showed me how important I really was. It was the first real feeling of, “wow these guys care”. With my family needing to find and close on a house in 2 months, I was getting nervous that banks wouldn’t be able to get it done. Farris assured me, he will get it done. 2 days later, I’m in a video call with Farris going over how the process works and he was very transparent in every piece for information. The first week working with Farris, I met some of his amazing team members. Katie Kerr was the first and she made you feel like you were part of her family. She was responsive to every email/text/phone almost immediately. Katie allowed me to ask any question at any time and she was there for a quick answer. Katie is super knowledgeable and very confident when answering your questions, which made me feel super comfortable. Katie had to keep reassuring me That I’m not allowed to worry. She kept a smile on my face and I looked forward to hearing from her each day on the progress of my loan. She helped set me up with my online portal that I must say, super easy and very clear. I was able to upload all my documents and they were able to remind me of which documents I was missing. It was also really cool to see the roadmap slowly get check marks for each stage of the loan I was in. The home buying process with Faraj Premier Lending was world class and I would recommend them to not just anyone, but everyone! And if your lucky, you’ll get to work with Katie like I did. Thanks for everything. This is an experience I will never forget.

Very professional! I am very happy with the level of service provided.Even though their system was down before the day of closing, my closing was done right on time. Faith has been wonderfully fantastic throughout the entire process of my home loan refinance. She is professional, knowledgeable, considerate & personable!
