Really felt lower body the next day! It was my first time doing barre and your first time is free! The instructor was so kind and helpful. It was a good mix of lower body, arms, abs, so the class felt short in a great way. Nice clean studio with a really kind and motivating instructor.

I'm glad that my wife talked into coming to check it out. The staff here, everyone is so nice and professional. They greeted me and my wife the minute we entered the building. One of the staff gave us a tour. The gym equipment is so clean.
