Left a message for the service manager never got a call back. Scam Alert! Brought my wife's car for an oil change. The service package included changing the filter. They did not change the filter and never mentioned that to me but billed me for it. I paid in full and only two days later found that I still have my old filter covered with dust from my road trip few month back. They never touched The filter. Can't trust their technicians. Makes me wonder how many people leave this deanship without knowing that were scammed with the oil filter service, risking damaging their engine. Additionally, techs did not remove the oil pan skid plate and the engine skid plate and drained the oil into my skid plates. As a result, when I drove home the wind blew the oil all over the bottom of my car. Next morning, there was oil on my garage floor. That is when I began inspecting what happened and saw that while the oil is spilled all over where they drained into the pan, there was no oil in the area where the filter is draining. That area around the filter is untouched. It means that filter was not changed and that some of the dirty oil was left in the engine. And, although I had an appointment at 9 am for the oil change. They made me wait for 3 hours. I will be calling my credit card to dispute the charges.

Eric and Pepe are so awesome they describe everything they did and found other things also. I will keep going to Putnam because of the outstanding service I received. Thanks so much guys I just might buy another vehicle from you guys!!

Came back for the 4th time after purchasing Chevy Trailblazer 2021 in August of '21. Brakes have been squealing (again, after 3 prior visits) when I go in reverse. The pads were replaced about a year ago and now it's happening again. I have put a mere 13k miles on the car and see no reason why this issue continues. Thank goodness I am still under warranty.Jose Pleitz (Service Advisor) has gone above and beyond with assisting with this issue. I just want this fixed! I feel that my still brand new-ish car is a LEMON! Leo, manager has been of help, but it seems their hands are tied with my having a satisfactory outcome. Shame on GM - they know this is an issue but dragging on having the repairs ok'd. Unacceptable! Kudos to Jose for caring and trying!

I wish I could give them zero stars. I recently received the most unprofessional, passive, and insufficient customer service from them. The staff's unprofessionalism, unresponsiveness, and lack of efficiency have left me frustrated and dissatisfied since July 2023. To make matters worse, when I took my brand new car for the second time due to a transmission problem, they flatly refused to provide me with a loaner car, saying that they don't have any, but they may be able to rent me a car from Hertz. One day later, I still haven't heard from them, and I am left up in the air without a car. I must pay out of pocket to commute to work for God knows how long. This lack of support and the inconveniences I faced are unacceptable. Based on my unfortunate experience, I strongly advise everyone against purchasing a Buick Encore GX. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

My car was 10 miles before my warranty was up. I spoke with Jose who helped me tremendously throughout the entire process. He set me up a next day appointment, and was very responsive the entire time. I have always been very pessimistic about taking my car to the dealer but I felt like Jose was honest and looking out for all customers best interest. Customer satisfaction is hard to achieve in this industry and it was clear that is his top priority. The transmission specialist was also so attentive and took the time to go on a test drive with my car to ensure the problem was fixed before taking it back out on the road. This was so reassuring and something that Jose also coordinated to make sure the problem with my vehicle was fixed before taking it.

The service advisor was trying to upsell me on services I didn’t need. For example, he said I needed to change the brake fluid after three years, but Chevrolet‘s recommendation and their service schedule is that it be changed at 150,000 miles. My car only has 42,000 miles. He also told me I needed a wheel alignment, although there wasn’t any unusual wearing on my tires.

Wow, the Putnam GMC service department has really turned around for the better! Our past years experiences have been less than stellar. We’ve bought several GMC vehicles and we’ve always wanted better service. Felipe was extremely attentive and on point. He looked up previous warranty coverage to make sure to keep our out of pocket expenses to a minimum and let me know of upcoming mileage and date milestones to keep an eye on possible future issues. I can’t say enough about the thoroughness and follow through. I’m glad I gave them another chance. Also kudos to the new manager, Troy Davis, who has changed the culture there.

I’m truly thankful for the effort that they all have put in to try and help me out. I prefer returning back to do my services with Putnam GMC Services for my Yukon Denali instead of somewhere else. After reading all the reviews, it makes me wonder why they keep sending me a postcard to schedule an appointment with them... I will not go there. They are definitely pulling all and any information they can to get people in there for what.... to keep your car for days on end and charge you for things you didn't need or wanted. Sad times we live in.
