I traveled a long distance to have Henry work on my Alfa Romeo Giulia. He did a great job at replacing the accessory drive belt, changing the oil and resetting the main maintenance light (which is a problem for most non-Alfa delerships and mechanics). He gave my car a thorough inspection with a quote for work that needs to be performed when parts become more available again. He generously replaced a couple under belly pan screws and fixed my rear seat fold-down latch too. Henry knows his way around Alfa Romeos. If I am able to in the future, I will visit him and his expertise again. Highly recommended.

two different visits and two different issues. 1st was not putting my cab filter back in after service, 2nd didn't rotate the tires after being billed for it and had to call them out on it .

If you have an Alfa that needs service, Henry is hands down THE guy in the bay area that you want to take your car to. He is passionate, extremely professional and detail oriented. He serviced my car like no other technician and delivered outstanding results and customer experience!

Do not come here for service, they couldn't diagnose the problem with my 4wd but were happy to follow a flow chart of parts to replace, with no guarantee any would solve problem with my 4wd. The labor and parts are marked up by ridiculous amounts. They said they fixed a rattling and of course it was not. To top it off they didn't even put back trim pieces they removed. Thumbs down.

Needed recall service on a Ram 3500 Promaster van. One dealer said they couldn't work on those (too big), but Putnam said they did and took an appointment and said the repair could be done while I waited. Drove 40 minutes to get there and the service department said they couldn't work on those vehicles. So Scheduling doesn't know what they can and can't work on, and Service doesn't check their appointments in advance to understand what they've got scheduled. It speaks to a lack of care for their (potential) customers that they're willing to waste our time and money, and take no ownership for their incompetence.

I brought in my Fiat 500 with a few issues and this dealership wanted $17,500 to fix everything. A ridiculous figure. They didn’t offer any creative solutions to bring down costs but once I spent time with them they agreed some repairs could be simplified. The seat cable could be swapped ($500) instead of a new seat ($3500) for example.My local repair shop offered pricing at half the price or less. For the seat he pointed me to a used seat online and for $500 that was a better solution.

I feel these guys hold your car way too long then come up with ridiculous prices for parts and labor. Except tires, we bought 4 and there great tires around 800 or 900 and had like new car feel to it again.

Okay, enough people have said it, but I'm going to repeat it...in a world of slimy salemen, trying to con buyers, Scott is a rare honest salesman! He did in 15 min what I had spent two weeks trying to do with my Reno jeep salesmen.... Save yourself time and frustration. If you are within a days drive and want a jeep, just get it from Scott:)

After Stewart, Jeep and Chrysler in Colma, California, made an appointment to call the cops on me. I had no other choice, but to make an appointment at Putnam. The appointment was almost a month out, but when I brought it in on October 2 or the third for my failed headlights are expected to leave the vehicle for an extended period of time, but the service advisor told me to pop open the hood changed to fuses which the department or the parts department supplied me with for free and now my headlights were great. I wish I got the name of the guy at the parts counter, and the guy that help me out just wanted to reach out and say thank you so much for an excellent job and having my car repaired within a matter of seconds, just found it to be kind of weird how the other dealership that had my car in for this problem Pryor did not check the fuses but your service writer at Putnam in Burlingame, California are the best very knowledgeable about their service and the vehicles they perform services on

The service here has been unparalleled for my Alfa Romeo. I've brought my car to 4 different dealerships over my 6 years of ownership, and the experience here was the best yet. Henry knows the ins and outs of these cars like no other, and is passionate about what he is working on. I've read about the pains of other owners at different dealerships dealing with techs that don't understand the cars, but Henry knows his way around these cars with ease. He was also excellent at explaining the whole repair process. I know the east coast rust that I brought over made his job tougher but he powered through and took the extra care to make sure the job was done right. Henry is the one person I know I can trust to take on any work my car might need, and gives me confidence that I can keep the car running for years to come.Jeffery was incredibly friendly, made it easy to get an appointment, and kept me up to date constantly on the whole process from diagnosis, to warranty approval, to waiting for parts, to finishing the work. Great customer service from Jeffery and top tier fast work from Henry getting the suspension issues resolved. For any future issues I have, I know this is the only place I'll be coming back.

This dealership is my absolute favorite for servicing my Alfa Romeos. Henry is the tech and is the only person I trust to work on my cars. He knows everything about these vehicles, works fast, and takes pride in what he does.I'm super picky about putting things back together correctly, so I used to do most of the work myself. Other dealers around here messed up my car multiple times by putting parts back wrong or damaging it.My vehicle needs a few repairs, but I'm waiting until the factory warranty expires so Henry can take care of it. I trust him completely with my cars, and he always does a fantastic job.If you want someone reliable to work on your ride, this dealership and Henry are the way to go. They're the best!

I am not usually a big fan of car dealership service centers but the team at Putnam Chrysler surpassed all of my expectations. The service advisor did a really great job of listening to services I wanted and descriptions of the symptoms my vehicle was having. They gave me daily updates on progress. My car ran like new again. The prices were great for a dealership and did not include any unnecessary or unreasonable charges. This dealership is definitely interested in more than just selling cars. Thanks Putnam.
