I'm really grateful that I enough courage to call and they answered right away. Immediately connected with a counselor named Eve whom listened to me. She helped validate my experience and gave me some education and options to move forward.

Going through training as a volunteer sexual assault counselor was a life-changing experience. I felt so supported throughout the process, and I know staff is there to help me through anything if I'm ever unsure. I feel empowered to help my community, and I hope I can continue doing so for a long time.

Volunteering at RTS is amazing. The community holds so much space for self-care, trauma-focused education, and prevention of violence in the community. I've been volunteering for over two years now and it's rewarding work. I hope callers can feel safe reaching out to this resource.

I love this organization. I learned so much by working here. They truly care about everyone they work with and everyone who works for them. Their services are varied for the needs of their clients, so check them out if you or a loved one is in need to support related to sexual assault.
