Amazing!!! Super responsive, delivered on time and exactly what we wanted. We will only buy appliances from them from here on out. So many companies like this are just a step up from contractors and over promise and under deliver. These guys are the opposite. First class operation and really nice people. Fantastic product selection too. Can’t say enough! We live in Marin, so they cover peninsula, city and Marin. Maybe more.

Riggs is no longer doing installation of any appliances. We were promised they would, we purchased through the another company with the understanding that Riggs would install and now they aren't.Poor customer service and when you call they hang up. They won't even give recommendations.Go somewhere else!

Have not actually contracted Riggs to do work, but I'm sure they're great from all the feedback and recs. But, when I called them about doing a simple swap of an over-the-range microwave to a dedicated ventilation hood, they quoted nearly $800. That's with an internal blower even, and not having to do any duct work or external blower install.

Riggs is the only Subzero authorized installer in the Bay Area and Northern California. They are extremely professional and know what they're doing. Part of being an authorized installer means training and certification since ultimately Subzero stands behind their work by offering an additional year of warranty. The appliance store I purchased my Wolf stove did not initially recommend I use Riggs for my installation. They included a different company that lucky for me turned out not to have the resources to do the install. Also turns out this other installation company has horrible Yelp reviews based on many botched jobs. I then went on the Subzero web site myself and discovered Riggs. Couldn't have been happier with the experience! The project coordinator was responsive and made all the arrangements to get the stove transferred from the store to their center. They accommodated our ask for only two Covid vaccinated technicians who would wear masks in our home. The technicians arrived on time and called us 30 min ahead of arrival as agreed on. They were friendly and polite, and took their time to do the install right, cleaning everything up before they left.Riggs was only slightly more expensive but given the extra year of warranty on a very expensive appliance, would say their service is a bargain. Unfortunately Riggs doesn't actually sell Subzero appliances - only installs them - but they definitely made the whole Subzero experience awesome and I would recommend using them for all Subzero appliance installs!!!

I have a sub zero refrigerator now for 17 years and it has been worth every penny of it. Recently I called their customer service because, for the first time, I had to replace a part. The woman on the phone, Barbara, was not only very knowledgeable and professional, but she was most kind, cheerful and uplifting in her voice, tone and attitude!! Great job, SubZero, in hiring such a fine Human Being such as Barbara! She is a rare gem and definitely a keeper. Her attitude is exactly what we need especially during these challenging Covid times. Thank you!!

Riggs just completed the install of a new Sub Zero to replace my old built in refrigerator. They did an absolutely perfect job, they did a pre-inspection and had no surprises during the installation, it fits perfectly. They were careful, and I think the house is cleaner than when they arrived. The 3 person crew was knowledgeable, and worked as a team. If I ever need a product that they provide, they will be my go to company, every contact from pre inspection, to scheduling to the install was great. They were prompt in responding and fulfilled every aspect of their commitment. I wish I had found them earlier, they made this 3asy.

Upon purchasing a new Wolf range and oven from Friedmans Appliances, we were told that Riggs Distributing would be handling the installation. We had not previously worked with a company like Riggs Distributing, so we didn't know what to expect. On the day of delivery, Juan, Avril and Leo from Riggs Distributing showed up to remove our old range/oven and hood fan and install our new hood fan and Wolf range.Wow! We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service we received. Their expertise, friendliness, cleanliness and instructions on how to use our new equipment were first class. We even learned how to clean the stainless steel (move the cleaning cloth with the grain of the stainless steel)! If our refrigerator and/or dishwasher need replacement, we now know who we want to install them: Riggs Distributing.

After purchasing Wolf & Sub-zero appliances we wanted to have them installed by an experienced professional installation company and we are so happy we went with Riggs. We bought our appliances early on in the project and Riggs stored it all safely and kept in constant contact during the whole process.Working with Alexandria for months and she was always quick to reply and helpful with any questions we had. Paul the inspector was courteous/patient and helpful in his explanations and what needed to be corrected in order to schedule install. Then on the day of installation we received the 30 min call and 4 Riggs installers showed up clean and courteous and ready to go to work. All taking great trouble to protect our home and appliances. Eddy was the lead and took care of a tricky install for our hood which was greatly appreciated. Before he left we were given a quick walk through of our new kitchen appliances. We are very happy we chose Riggs because they all made this part of our project excellent.

The pre site inspector was very professional and explained that although theSub Zero was the same replacement the new hinge system made the door opening 1/2" wider. I had a cabinet maker come out and alter the cabinet. The three guys who came out to install were very tidy and careful. Sub Zero was slow sending the door handles and Riggs sent 2 guys later for this installation. Unfortunately, their truck turn around damaged the front lawn. They apologized and told the service manager who contacted me. They offered $100 to have my gardener resod the small place that was damaged.I never expected to hear from them and the $100 has already been taken off my invoice. Excellent customer service.

I had an old sub zero replaced by Riggs few months ago. They do a site visit to give you an estimate for work. The installer estimated they may need to cut some cabinetry for installation. This is an extra on top of hundreds of dollars they charge for installation. During actual installation no cuts were necessary. However the billing department keeps sending me threatening emails to pay the extra fee for installation. I spoke to 3 different people in the billing department and the first one told me I do not have to pay. She left the company and the new people in billing department keep insisting on me paying an extra 150
