Very nice location with friendly service. Shuttle to the airport. Great view especially if you like water views and seeing planes landing.

As said in other reviews, check in was very easy and efficient. Our Suite was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The end of our 8 day Pacific Coast Hwy trip from Seattle to San Fran. Good choice and easy access to Auto Rental Return and the Air Port.
Only negative would be, we opted for the M-Club access, that was very disappointing, little or nothing special at all, they gladly removed that extra charge from our stay.

Amazing hotel nice staff and clean rooms. This is an airport hotel but amazing views of the airport can’t be beat. Great Mlounge! Just wish it was open on the weekends.

Avoid it if possible.
1)$49 per day parking fees
2)$49 internet fees
3) fee for water bottles
I mean everything is expensive . Glad air was free.
Good location but ridiculous charges. Mostly they get business reservations so they don’t care for individual people
Room were clean but no exhaust. Tv was there but no cable everything was paid
Safety: Quite n safe neighbor. Got view to airport

Walkability: Poor walkability, but reliable airport shuttle.
Food and drinks: Not much nearby - worth walking over the highway for the Korean and Mediterranean food.

Tired, old, corporate style hotel. The airport shuttle is regular which is great. Beds are sagging and uncomfortable, aircon units are old and noisy.

We had a great stay at this property. The view from our room was beautiful.only thing that was a bit disappointed was we found a hair on their carpet and it looked very old and sticky. Otherwise everything was great!

5-10 minute drive from airport terminals. Shuttle service every 15 minutes 24 hours a day. Quiet rooms but even on the second floor we could hear some of the noisier planes flying over. One thing to fix: the night light in the bathroom keeps going on and off all night long. Even if no one is nearby.

Located perfectly near the airport where you can actually see flight takes off and landing every min. Getting a bay/airport view room is worth more money (and points). If you have young kid, airport view room is must

Chose the Internet option that was supposed to be free but got charged $14.95 anyway. Wi-Fi is open and non-encrypted unlike IHG's Wi-Fi Auto Connect which is secured.Room dated. Window shades torn. Shuttle late.
