Great Food, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEI’ve been in San Francisco every Thursday this month. Hating hotel food, I was looking for something local.This place looked promising.My 1st visit. The young guy at counter was rude and condescending towards me. Kept telling me everything they were out of. When I asked what they had, he could not answer. Was on his phone most of the time.Food was good.My 2nd visit. I see I could order online. Score! I can avoid the rude guy at the counter. I order, only to find out they don’t open until 4pm (it was 230pm. So, i place another order for after 4pm. I walk over to the restaurant to pick up my order. Same rude guy. I say I have an online order. He grabs a bag and tosses it at me. I ask about the coke I ordered and he hands me bottle of water and goes back to his phone.3rd visit. (today). I decide to give it one more try. I really like their tamales from the 1st visit.I go over there at 4pm. The sign on the door says open. The same rude guy says he's closed. I ask what time they open, he said he didn’t know. But, I had to leave.The food is good (only reason it gets 2 stars). Not worth the hassle.

HORRIBLE. BLAND. NOT FRESH. OLD MEAT! WASTE OF MONEY. Gave this place 3 chances at various times after "Diablo's" the former restaurant at this place closed a few years ago. Each time the food was just mediocre. This last visit we wanted Beef Flautas. Menu offered any meat choice but was told they only made chicken flautas! SERIOUSLY?!?!? STRIKE 1. Ordered the Carne Asada burrito instead that looked and tasted like old corn beef hash! No chopped up meat but instead a slimy looking brown filler that was supposedly "meat"! STRIKE 2. The burrito was loaded with tasteless refried beans and rice (very bland). The amount of meat (was it really meat?!?!?) was probably less than a tablespoon worth and not only did it smell old it tasted like it was sitting in a GLAD plastic container. We couldn't even finish it!! The meat was dry, tasteless and probably cooked 3-5 days ago! STRIKE 3. TALK ABOUT THE WORSE BURRITO WE EVER HAD! To think they actually serve that to their customers and not embarrassed about it. Thank goodness we didn't order 2 because it would have been a waste of money. We love our burritos and should have gone to the places we've eaten at before but wanted to give this place one last try. Just as we thought....it's still just as bad as the first time we've tried it. So a word of warning to all of you: DON"T EAT FROM THIS PLACE unless there's nowhere else you can get to and you don't mind spending your hard-earned money on less than mediocre food. There are other establishments that have great Mexican food! This one isn't even in the same classification. Surprised this place remained in business for so long. We will not be returning ever again.

We just ordered lunch at this taqueria today and it satisfied my burrito craving. I had carnitas and added extra meat, sour cream and pico de gallo and it was delicious! I inhaled it!

The food here was ok.I ordered a super burrito and unfortunately the flavors weren't all there. It was messy and the sauce was eh. The Jamaica drink was the best part of the meal.

Delicious, authentic food. Fresh bread for the torta. Great flavors in the salsa. Exactly what I was looking for being in the area for only 2 nights. Will be back to try more of the menu.

Came here to take care of a craving for Mexican food and it was near my hotel. I walked over and almost turned around because the building is in such disrepair. My stomach forced me to keep walking! Inside it was only one employee running everything and they were out of a few of the menu items. Opted for the giant burrito and it came out pretty fast. Not to bad actually. The food was probably 4 stars but if you throw everything else in there it brings it down to a 3. Personally, I would go elsewhere if you have the ability to do so. This place is a bit underwhelming

We were working a conference at the Hyatt and went in here for lunch because the lines to get food at the Hyatt were super long. I ordered a carne asada burrito because a taco salad took 1/2 an hour to prepare. Either way we waited over 20 minutes for our food and it was not good at all. I'm not sure if it was ground beef or carne asada chopped up super fine. The burrito had very little beef was filled with rice and beans and maybe 1/2 of teaspoon of guacamole. To make things worse it was expensive, $15 for a burrito. NO THANK YOU! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!

Food was delicious especially the tamales. It took quite a while to be made but was worth the wait. The serving size was perfect.

I was a weary traveller in need of food staying in a nearby hotel. I found this little place a short half mile walk away. I had the taco salad to go. I swung that little bag all the way back to the hotel.O.M.G. this was the tastiest most yummy goodness Mexican food I'd ever eaten. I had to do a replay the very next and last day of my trip. Reasonably priced and oh so good.If 10 stars were allowed, they'd get them all.

Really good, made to order Mexican staples. Location is a bit shifty but the food is solid. Simple sit down space or takeaway.
