I’m not sure if all are like this, but Sephora in Burlingame has really friendly and welcoming staff. Always super, super helpful. I particularly like their cleaner beauty brands. Also, pro tip, wait for the big 30% off sales!!

Carlos was really friendly & helped me redeem my points, got to take away lots of goodies and I didn’t even realise I had points! The Sephora I visited the other day didn’t even tell me and today I walked away with 35ml Jo Malone perfume and 2 x Bum Bum creams for free!
