Omg the pear and Asiago tortellini with white sauce was sooo good. Very unique and one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had outside of Italy

Very busy on sat night but we are lucky to get bar seats without a reservation. Food is great. Service is great. Big menu. This would be an ideal place for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries or any special occasions.
The Stella Burlingame menu infuses the flavors of the Alps; including braised meats, risottos, pastas and ragus. Executive Chef Matteo Ferrari's signature dishes - Veal Osso Buco over Mascarpone Polenta and Nonna's Housemade Potato Gnocchi - leaving customers wanting more. The menu also includes Northern Italian classic pasta dishes as well as other traditions from the mountains. The restaurant offers a full bar and Italian & California Wines to complement the variety of meals.
The theme and décor is similar to a mountain inn from the Alps with warm hues, soft lighting, exposed dark wood beams and dark hardwood floors.
