Came in to trade our phones without an appointment & Mike, store manager, & his associate, Romero, were very helpful, provided smooth service & were professional and at the same time we were able to crack jokes while we waited for data to be transferred to the new phone.Pleasant expierance all around.Fairly large, clean store.

Everyone was very professional and answers all of my questions. Even when the employee didn’t know the answer, the manager personally came up to make sure I left with all of the information I needed. I will highly recommend this place to my family & friends.

Super fast and friendly customer service at this store! I came in and they set me up with 5 phones for my family much cheaper than I thought it would be . I’m saving at least $100/month over Verizon! They got all this done in record time so I could spend the rest of my day enjoying myself. Thanks to the manager and all the employees at this location- you all made my day, my week, my month!!

I came into the store to change my cell phone plan that I had for many years. I pointed to the monthly single line payment plan and had a fast service. To my surprise, two weeks later my bill is overcharged due to T-mobile's policy of how payment is made. This policy was not stated anywhere on t-mobile website and was not informed by the representative when I was at the store. I called t-mobile and after a long wait received a corrected bill.

The staff was super helpful. He presented all the deals and offers that was available. He went out of his way to stay an extra 30 mins to help set up the transfer while his kids were waiting.

Dave and Jonathan were both great dudes! They hooked me up with T-Mobile Home Internet for a good price and gave me a complimentary umbrella because it was storming out. Really great service!

TLDR: if you want to buy a new phone, please don't bother going here and just do it online.Came in to buy a phone because I wanted to get it in before I traveled across the country.Staff that helped me here was inexperienced and kept asking another staff member how to do things. They didn't have the phone I wanted, but assured me that it would be fine if they just sent the phone to my new address. Set up a new line and got the deal I wanted for buying that new phone, and thought I was set.What I didn't know and wasn't told was that I would be getting in email (that went into my spam folder) that I need to docusign for the phone to be delivered, and if not signed within a short time, would cancel the order. That in turn would cancel the deal that applied to my account in terms of monthly credits.Waste of time, and now I'm not even sure if the deal could be recreated because it needs to be tied with starting a new account while buying a phone. I should have listened to my instinct to not buy the phone through them and just done this process online, would have saved myself a massive logistical headache.
