BUYER BEWARE: Trina Turk represents a very fair return policy which I have relied on for may online purchases and fortunately never had to use. This is the first time I had a return and requested authorization on day item was delivered. After 48 hours They informed me this item was not returnable and was final sale. No where did it say it on the listing "final sale". I have requested proof that it said it over 4 times by email and have left numerous messages. No response. Very disappointed that I have to write this but everyone should be aware of this shady way of doing business.

I have bought many covers ups, pareos, dresses and blouses from them. On 1/31/23 I ordered a pareo and because I was going away and wanted to take it with me I paid the extra for a faster shipping. On 2/3 2: I got a message that they delivered it by FedEx. I was minutes away but my husband was home. I came home and the package wasn't there. I wrote to them they answered that they were going to investigate. FedEx says since there was a no signature required there was no photo taking in front of my door. To this date I have send tons of emails to them and called many times but can't talk to a person. I can't believe their customer service. I am done of buying anything from them.

I have bought many beautiful dresses, coats and other items. I will NEVER spend another dime with this company and sadly no one in the company cares. I started trying to return two items I did not care for. I tried the customer service number? No one EVER answers. You have the option of leaving a call back number which I did and NEVER got called back. I tried communicating through the email system also terrible. I FINALLY got a label when it was outside the return window. You would think since I have dated emails within the window they would at least give store credit. NOPE! I tried again after they refused the return and got auto generated answers. They even called me Kevin, my name is Miki. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! You lost a very good customer. And I will write reviews on every site!

Trina Turk runs like a new internet start-up. I purchased a jumpsuit and cashmere sweater for the holiday paying expedited shipping on Dec 22, 2022. It was shipped Jan 2 and didn't arrive until Jan 9. I tried calling and email and no answer/no response. Tried to reach someone on their IG page; no response. The jumpsuit looked nothing like what was shown and the sweater is flimsy. Now I don't need these items as I found alternatives since there was no indication that they shipped. Now I have to pay shipping again and they charge $9.95 per returned item? This is the last time I'll purchase anything from this company.

Expensive yet cheap clothes!!!!! Totally not worth the month. Should be sold at KMart!!! I complained directly to company and they never responded. Suck!

I bought a pair of pants from TT. They were too big so needed to return them. When I went to the Print Label site, I was told they could not be returned. Apparently they had gone on sale after I purchased them and sale items cannot be returned. Since I paid full price and did not purchase them under the "no return" policy I called their customer service number A recorded message stated no representative was available and I was to e-mail customer service. I sent two e-mails, received two acknowledgments that they had been received and would be responded to. Have heard nothing. Now I have a pair of $288 pants, bought at full price, that don't fit and no one at the company site has made any effort to assist. Have challenged the charge with my credit card company, hope they have better luck. Will never purchase from this "ghost" company again!!!!!

I ordered a few items and a need to return part of the order because of the fit. When I tried the return process on the website, my order number was not found. I called customer support, only to get a standard message that there is no phone support available at this time. I emailed customer support and got an auto response that I would hear back within 24 hours. It's been two days, and I have not gotten a response. Very poor customer service. I do not want to be stuck with clothes that do not fit. This was my first online purchase from TT, and it looks like it will have to be my last:(

I had the pleasure of buying a gift for a friend at the Trina Turk store in Burlingame. What a delightful experience I had working with Shelby! Shelby was so helpful and professional. I was able to find a lovely gift and it was wrapped beautifully. I will definitely return to Trina Turk! The quality, colors, creativity, trendy pattern designs and styles are so uplifting during this time! Thank you Shelby for making my first visit to TT such a delightful experience, I will be back soon!

I bought this swimsuit about two months ago for a trip we were supposed to go on but ended up not going. I ended up going away to Vegas on Labor Day weekend and the first time in wearing this swimsuit the front stone fell off god knows where. I contacted them directly and the rep Leah said we can see if we can find a stone and send it to you! Really do you really expect me to glue on a stone for a $160 swimsuit I paid for. No!! When I said I want a full refund she said we can't do that cause it is worn. Well no s**t if I didn't wear it I wouldn't have lost that stone. So they are offering me 50% back on the swimsuit. That is so unacceptable for such a high end designer to act in this manner. I will never shop with them again and already let all my friends and family know here and over seas. This is just sad!! So do your homework before purchasing anything from them that have beads stones or whatever

First I will start by saying that I have always been a fan of Trina Turk clothing for years. I generally purchased through retail stores. However, I looked on line to see if they had a website as I would find something I like in retail stores but they would not have my size etc. I was happy to find they had an on-line website. Two attempts to buy on-line and both were a nightmare. I am still trying to get credit for a Jacket I purchased in my normal size 4 since before Christmas. They have no Customer Service phone as no one ever answers their 800#. I left multiple voice mails and sent email without response. I finally called the Trina Turk store in New York who were nice enough to give me a phone number in California where I left multiple messages to try to return the Jacket and get my correct size. I ordered a (4) my normal size but the blazer was huge. I purchased it on sale so when I went to order now in a size (2) the price was now $160.00 more to just exchange for a smaller size. Anyway, I just spoke with Amex this evening and again gave them the Fedex return label and person at Trina Turk who signed for my return so they can credit my account for $299.00. Also, when someone finally returned my phone calls/emails they were extremely rude to me and asked why I put a dispute in with Amex?? I told them as no one ever return a phone call from Cust Service, every response from my emails sent was that someone will get back to me and I returned the jacket on 12/18 and 6 weeks later still not credited! Unbelievable....Will not shop with them again due to their rude behavior and terrible Customer experience.

I visited one time going through a lot of stuff including a death in the family. I normally wear nice stuff to places like this. But I walked into the store wearing sweats with no makeup and my hair in a bun. The employees took good care of me. I ended up buying jewelry. I'm a huge fan of Trina Turk jewelry. The store is way smaller then the one in Palm Springs. The decor is more darker fits the Bay Area look. Due to we have bigger trees. Merchandise nicely displayed. They have sales from time to time. When I'm back in Burlingame. I will be back to Trina Turk for sure.

NEVER AGAIN!!! I bought two swimsuits only to find they literally never dry. I sat in a wet bathing suit all day, then took it home and hung it and it was still wet the next morning. I called the store manager and they would not do anything. I told them this was a defect and that I did not want to sit in a wet bathing suit all day. They said just don't go in the water when you wear it. Can you imagine. The more senior manager called to then again tell me there was nothing they could do. I would recommend shopping elsewhere where they take care of their customers. I would put zero stars if that was an option. I suggest taking your business elsewhere that has better customer service.

Last Friday morning I placed a hefty order for overnight delivery which would arrive Monday. I received no tracking number. Package did not arrive on Monday per my additional shipping charge. My Trina Turk on line account notes 'Status Unknown' for shipping. On Monday I emailed customer service noting there was no package requesting the tracking number. I received a reply it would take 2 days to reply to my specific query. The toll free number states they are not available until 9am-5pm Pacific Standard Time. Calling after 9 am, now 3 times, the message says there is no one to take the call so send an email. There is no customer service or clear communication on the order confirmation email. Feels like they are closed, however, my credit card has been charged over $4k. Buyer Beware.The website just updated 3 business days after I ordered an overnight delivery noting the order is still in process and nothing has been shipped. Don't count on their on line service or you will be greatly disappointed.
