Worst customer service ever! 3 people behind the counter. 2 of them packing up packages. The person assisting customers was clueless. A customer tells him she is paying with an account and mentioned this at least 4 times during the processing of package, after asking many questions of the other worker doing the packaging who could hear the entire conversation, when it was time to pay asking for cash or credit customer replied on account he then asked the packing person and he said we don't take payment with account. The other customer at the desk had a difficult transaction and he didn't know how to charge for.packing. There are 3 people ahead of.me and the line is now out the door. People left, more people came and some had heavy packages. With.2 people packing couldn't one of them stop and help clear the line?NO! When I got to the desk, I asked calmly haven't you heard of 3 is a crowd. He refused service to me and the other person dsod said if I didn't leave he would call the manager and I would be banned from the store. Went to Millbrae UPS 3 people working with 2 in the back a few customers in the store,.as soon as I walked in one person from the back ran up to help. Walked in and out very fast. Called to ask for Manager in Burlingame and was told not in and won't be back till next week. REALLY? Workers were rude and very unprofessional. Will be reaching out to Manager next week.

We took our amazon return there, the top part needed a tape, and they used to just tape it up. i understand it can be extra cost to the store and they started charging people for the 1 single strip of tape that goes on top of the box and its $4 DOLLARS?? WHAT! At this point you arent paying for convenience, you are being punished for not having your own tape at home. The cost of the whole entire roll is probably less than that for that store. In fact its $3.79 at target. This is so much greed. they are price gouging by a 100 times at this point. its ridiculous.

I visited this place during a weekday before lunchtime. I found parking easily and it was free. I was here to ship an Amazon return. I had a QR code and Charlie printed out the labels for my two returns.
One thing that I appreciate about Charlie is that they acknowledged me as I came in and let me know that they would be with me in a few moments. I did notice that they were finishing up an another task, but it’s always nice just to hear the communication from the staff member.
Charlie helped my experience go by quick and easy and provided a receipt for me for my reference.

Had to return something recently and stopped by this UPS location.

Services and answering on phones go plank answers.

This location is always friendly and helpful. It is not the closest UPS to me but I always go out of my way to come to this location when I need to return my Amazon orders.

Don’t come here for fingerprinting! The staff’s behavior was unprofessional—they asked me to bring the fingerprint form myself, delaying my Guard Card process. I drove miles for this! At another location, they printed the form for me, and I just signed it—so professional and efficient. It’s disappointing when service and behavior fall short, especially when we’re paying fees for convenience.

Russell. Rarely do I feel a need to comment on things like this, but he runs it as if he owns it (in a very good way). I’d drive out of my way, just for him. Amazing person.
Lalit on the other hand, the actual owner. Oh gosh. Please step aside and let them run the show. It would have been five stars, save my interactions with you.

Great team there. ALWAYS POLITE AND COURTEOUS ?
HOWEVER!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS TAPE. ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD!!! Worked up a sweat ? just trying to…. work it after using. If you gotta have it just fold a piece to pull on after each use. Good luck!;-)
