They charge $22 for passport photos here vs $16 at other locations and they did a poor job of it, the head not fitting into the right requirements. Money wasted.

Needed a live scan urgently was there at 4:40. Was told they won't do livescans after 430 even though they don't close for 2 hours. Ridiculous.

I'm so grateful for the staff at this location where I've been fingerprinted, have made volume copies, and use for mailings regularly. For every service, the staff are professional, kind, and expedient. They often go the extra step to provide excellent service. The communication on emailed projects is clear and effective. Sometimes it is busy, but the staff works hard to take care of everyone. It makes me happy to do business there.

The staff are really competent and they always go out of their way to help me with whatever my needs are. And they are very friendly and welcoming. Even when the store is extremely busy. They have never made me feel rushed.

Shredding bins (no on site shredding) were full. Won't honor any advertised specials unless you have the coupon in your possession. An unbelievably miserable customer service attitude. With UPS stores in Millbrae and San Mateo, why would anyone put up with such a lousy customer service experience?

Shruit and her team are the BEST! Whether it's a printing job, shipping something out, having something Notorized or just sending back an Amazon Return, the staff and facility couldn't be nicer. Love having them so close in a convenient location. Always plenty of parking nearby. Please don't ever leave!!!!

I had a 1-star experience turned into a 5-star experience with both Shruti and Lola at the UPS store on Howard in Burlingame. Originally, I was quoted a certain price for shipping by phone, and when I arrived to the store that price more than doubled. I was in shock, and explained to Shruti what had happened. Shruti and Lola both worked with me to get to a price closer to what I was quoted, and kept a huge smile the whole time (through my frustration, in all honesty!).
I can't thank you two enough, Shruti and Lola. THANK YOU so much for everything! Keep smiling and being amazing employees!!
