Had a PO Box at Westfield Road for over a decade before they closed it and moved everyone here. Westfield was open 24/7 and super convenient. Stanton Road is only open on weekdays. PO Box lobby should be open until 6pm, but twice I’ve rushed from work to arrive here before ‘close’ and the doors are locked!!! I support USPS men and women workers, but this is America, not the good old days of communist Russia! You can’t close when you want to. Spasibo!!!

I had a PO Box over at the Westfield location and it was really difficult when they decided to move customers to other locations you know within like a 5 mile radius. I have been at the Stanton location since the move. The only down part about the location is the hours it doesn't compare to the Westfield hours. Westfield hours was 24 hours seven days a week like I will work late nights and I would be able to go after work after 11 o'clock or sometimes even 2 AM to go pick up . At the Stanton locationYou can't do that because they lock everything up by a specific time and it's really inconvenient so where I would go and check my mail weekly. I check my mail either Every 6 to 8 weeks that's terrible because I can't get in It's bad I mean the people at the desk they're cool that one lady I she knows me by name and I like how she calls me 'Miss .... know… She remembers she knows who I am but the hours are just not convenient for people who need to pick up their mail like after

Opens after you go to work. Closed for “break” when you try to go on lunch. Closed by the time you get off work. Must be nice for the employees but so useless for anyone else

I wish I believed the reviews. The place randomly closes so often I can’t get my mail. It’s been a constant headache and regret using there post office. Staff is nice but hours are extremely unreliable

This is the worst US postal carrier center for local delivery in Burlingame. I have never had issues with any postal carriers in my whole life. I went to the local Primrose office to file a complaint. I asked for the delivery manager to call me. I received a call from Alexandria instead. She was very sarcastic and not very compassionate with regards to the problems we were facing. She told me that she wanted to see "overwhelming evidence" with regards to my complaint with the female mail carrier. WOW! I have now had to order packages from venders that utilize any couriers other than USPS. Very rude. Not worth calling as they don't really care. What happen to the USPS?

I can't say enough good things about the United States Postal Service! They have been consistently reliable in delivering my mail and packages. Their staff is always friendly and helpful, and I appreciate the excellent customer service they provide. I have complete confidence in USPS to handle my important mail securely and promptly. I’m usually pro post office giving the enormous amount of mail they move. Not the same for their individual offices. I had a box at SFO that was very customer friendly. When it closed I was moved to this office. The hours are ridiculous. I have never seen more than one person behind the counter. Any working individual would never be able to pick up their mail. It also took more than 4 months for me to get my key with no mention of a refund. Then when I try to cancel my box, they don’t have address change forms. I received that information after waiting in line behind just one individual that was trying to find a lost letter only to be told that it was given to someone that was not authorized to receive his mail.

My PO Box was moved from Westfield when they closed that Post Office Since then I've had nothing but problems with this place I've received over 30 pieces of mail that do not belong to me I've received 2 packages delivered to the Post Office but never notified that they were there and they will return to senders I've even had tracking numbers through the United States Postal Service which the agent at the counter refused to check showing that they were in their back room. It's amazing the United States Postal Service still is running

This place is a hidden gem! The lady at the counter is very pleasant and assisted me. She even gave me a free generic box for the holiday gifts that I am mailing since the boxes at the post office are not big enough to accommodate my gifts. Thank you for your customer service!

Definitely a hidden gem! Quick, excellent service every time. Lunch is from 1-2pm so go around that. I learned the hard way (lol)
