The two women who work here need to quit their jobs. The other day, I tried paying with $1 coins which are of course legal currency, but the clerk refused to accept them. The next time I went in to the post office with two poster tubes, the other lady insisted that I tape up the ends of the tubes even though the end caps were very firmly in place. For one poster tube I had even taped up one of the two end caps. When I asked them if they could give me a tiny bit of tape to finish the job they refused. It's one thing when a customer expects to get free tape from the post office, but that was not my purpose so I really believe they should have helped me out. Besides, it's my responsibility if the ends caps pop out of place, not her responsibility, so she should have let me mail the poster tubes. Instead, because of such a tiny issue, I had to go away and try again another day.. It seems like the two ladies try to make life difficult for people. I've had far greater service at post offices in other countries and don't understand why these two ladies are so unhelpful. By the way, I just mailed the poster tubes from another post office and even though the ends of the tubes were taped up this time, the clerk didn't look or notice.

I went there months ago and had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location. The woman working at the front was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I tried to ask a question, she cut me off without any greeting or basic courtesy. Her tone was harsh and made me feel very unwelcome, as if I was bothering her just by asking for help. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in a public service role.

Staff is efficient and pleasant. When it comes to customer service, it’s far better than its competitors. It’sa busy place and lines can get a little long but that’s not the fault of the staff. When I need to send a package I go here first.

Horrible service. The female clerk (short salt and pepper hair) spent the entire time educating me on what I did wrong versus finishing my transaction. I would've been out of there quickly had it not been for her deciding it was her duty to tell me what to do. Also, she accused me of stealing tape when i had a roll of tape in my car (as I was sending out multiple packages so I was equipped with supplies.) Poor poor service. I'm never coming to this location again.

I drop off packages with prepaid labels at Post Offices all over the Bay Area....this is the ONLY one that refuses to give a receipt. How ridiculous you are. It takes less than 10 seconds to scan and issue a receipt. Especially with their shoddy tracking that may not show the package was received for days after being dropped off....avoid....

People have always seemed kind to me, but twice I’ve shipped packages to family and twice they’ve either gone missing or been torn open and missing pieces. Very very disappointing. I don’t understand why.

Horrible customer service. The women working here is incredibly RUDE and refused to give me a receipt for a package to be scanned in there. Don’t go here if you want evidence of shipping something. With how USPS service has been known for losing packages (and I have personally experienced) customers need a receipt! Absolutely rude and unethical. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES & FIRE people who don’t know how to provide good work ethic! Ridiculous.
