My husband and I had a great experience working with Ash when we went to test drive at Volvo Cars Burlingame. He gave us honest advice about options that fit our needs and did not pressure us to make a sale. He told us to go home and research the models he suggested and we could come back and ask more questions.When we came back to look at the final model we liked, he showed us all of the features and helped us refine our choice to ensure we got what we wanted.Overall, it was an easy experience and we are loving driving our new car!

Steven was awesome from start to finish. He didn't feel like a car salesman. I was undecided between two models and after test driving both a couple different times, he ran several different payment options for me. He was very attentive and after my purchase sat with me in the car and made sure that I was appropriately registered with all the tech platforms to maximize the use of the awesome features that the car has to offer. He has even checked in a couple of times and made sure that I know that I can come back with any questions. He offered excellent customer service, which feels like a lost art. Thanks Steven!

Vincent worked with us for our XC90 Recharge lease in July. We have been happy with the car and think it's the best one we've leased! Throughout our research and communication over phone and email, Vincent provided the requested information promptly and was able to finalize our lease terms before we came in for the test drive. We appreciated his straightforward approach, patience with all of our questions, and the follow-up after we took our car home. Thank you!

Full disclosure, I went with my girlfriend, looking at cars. I wasn't the one buying, but I was there with her when she was going through the process.I was really impressed. No high pressure tactics, just made themselves available and answer any questions we had. The staff was very friendly, and took the time to show us the different features and models to help us make our decision. When the time came to buy, again, the staff was very friendly, and didn't try to push us into anything. A surprisingly great experience overall.

Just brought my 2020 s60 in for service. For the first time ever (this is my third car from this dealership) the service agent/manager told me the "minimum" service package was the lowest I could take when I specifically asked for the "factory maintenance" package that is $400 cheaper. I went ahead as I was expecting to discuss taking the minimum anyway. However, later discussions showed that it is the website teams not updating everything at the same time. The service manager came through after seeing this and made it good for me. I have stayed with this dealership for years because I have always found the service team to be completely honest and upfront in my favor.

Our experience with Burlingame Volvo has been noting but fantastic. Steven, Vincent, William and Tommy are empathetic, sincere and conscientious sales people who helped us with 3 leased cars over 4 years. We loved our first XC90 so much that we leased a new one after 3 years, then had to return it due to financial issues after 1 year on the lease. The folks at Burlingame Volvo worked with us to find a comparable car that met our budget and now we're loving our new XC40 Recharge Twin. I highly recommend this group and would go back to them if I'm ever one the market for a new Volvo.

Agreed with other reviews about Vincent. He is honest and patient. The whole buying process was very pleasant. 5 stars to him.Take one star off as the sale manager immediately turned from welcoming to cold when we refused to buy any service/warranty packages. I understand his upsets but wish he could have hidden it from our customers.

My wife and I had a great experience at Volvo Cars Burlingame. We knew what we were looking for coming in and Ash helped us feel comfortable and was very transparent. His personable touch, in going above and beyond, ensured that everything met and exceeded my wife's expectations and a few minor smudges on the interior were promptly addressed so that we felt comfortable with our decision.

It was a pleasure to work with Vincent April; he was professional throughout and accomodating as we were in a rush the day we signed the contract. However the terms of the lease duration before a car buyout kept changing (and they are different for various Volvo dealerships in the Bay). I suggest calling Volvo Financials for a straight answer.

Updated Review - After my last review about the dishonesty related to the thickness of my brake pads the service manager replied and asked that I reach out to discuss further. I have done so twice now without a response so it's clear to me that they are just responding to make it appear that they are responsive to negative reviews without any intention of discussing further. PS. Here is a pic of my brake pad with 6mm left on it as measured by a brake pad gauge. Which they obviously didn't do.

One star for Steven M. At first he was welcoming, but then quickly became pushy and allowed me almost no time to think. He helped me test drive an XC40 about four weeks ago, and although it was incredibly comfortable, I decided that it was too much for me. I was having a hard time identifying the real reason in the moment, but I said thank you and walked off. As I was leaving, I remembered that I left my phone inside the car I test drove. When I re-entered the front door of the building, I heard him using explicitaves to badmouth me to his colleague, insult my intelligince and criticize me for not knowing the attributes of my own vehicle. When I called him out to retrieve my phone, he was clearly embarrassed. At least he gave me my phone back. I can't speak for other salespeople at Volvo of Burlingame, but I would recommend avoiding Steven.

I had a great experience purchasing our first Volvo XC40 from them. Vincent helped us every step of the way. He was very patient, and really listened to what we were looking for. He is very honest and hard working. I can tell he truly cares about customers.Tommy and Larry did a great job helping us during the lease process. There was a discrepancy with my bank but they figured it out and were proactive in finalizing the lease. If you are interested in Volvo do not hesitate. Go for a test drive. I'm glad I did.
