Pharmacy doesn't follow new hours. They were supposed to be back by 2:00 pm. They opened at 2:27. Older gentleman in front of line desperately waited for his prescription.

Words escape me at how bad this pharmacy is... from the wait times, to the lack of customer service, to the accuracy of filling prescriptions, to the knowledge of the pharmacy technician, to the speed of service, to the lack of available staff, to the cleanliness of the store.And, the pharmacy has whatever hours they want. The mobile app says meal break is 1:30-2pm but I've seen signs stating return at 2:25pm or whenever they choose. This causes a challenge when I need to plan my day.

I moved my meds to this store because it's within walking distance. The pharmacist is horrible. He's rude, slow and wouldn't fill my prescription from the dr. until he called her. It was a Friday and could call the dr. until Monday. It was important. He claimed the prescription was written wrong and he had to clarify. Well, I just went to another Walgreens pharmacist and he filled it. He's been rude to my husband as well. The other pharmacists are so nice at the other Walgreens, they need to get rid of him.

Having just moved to Burlingame from out of state, this was my first time in. I had called in my prescriptions and they was ready for me. It was mid-afternoon and I had just one customer in front of me. Within a couple of minutes it was my turn and the person behind the glass was cheerful and helpful. So, so far, so good!

Pharmacy is sooo bad and soooo slow - always a long line with idiot people on the front. Watched the guy walk around looking for prescriptions but still couldn't find it until somebody finally showed him where it was. My turn - gave him my ID to make it easier and faster for pick up but didn't make a difference- he typed it in three times !! Used this place for years but guess it's time to change - going down hill since Covid. Miss the Asian lady from Hong Kong - she was fast and efficient with good staff but now it's just terrible.

If I could give less than 1 *, I would. Refusing to supply mifepristone to patients who need it to treat endometriosis or uterine fibroids -- not to mention Cushing's syndrome -- is unconscionable! If Walgreens wants to run its pharmacies as though they're in a Fascist state, let them move to a Fascist state. Absolutely disgusting behavior for a company making money off of sick people!

I scheduled my vaccine for 2:45, checked in at 2:30. As I waited I noticed people after I came in get their shot- all in a span of waiting for 45 minutes. I went to check in again and apparently the proper procedure was not adhered to so they didn't have me in line to get a shot. I've been to other Walgreens and haven't had this happen before- so would recommend another location for your vaccine needs.

THE SLOWEST pharmacy service I've ever received. I arrived at 4:02 for a 4pm appt. Someone else was being helped in front of me and that took about 30 minutes. After I finally got to the window, Jacob didn't greet me or apologize for the long wait. Between him and the other employee it took them another 20 minutes to get me checked in for a simple flu shot. I'm not sure why it took over an hour to check someone in but no one acknowledged the long wait or anything. I will not be coming back here. Whoever is in charge needs to figure out some process improvement or a way to streamline these services, especially for people who do everything ahead of time and make appointments and fill out all the info ready to go. An hour long wait with an appointment at a Walgreens is ridiculous.

Store was organized, and there is parking lot available for customers! Very important because you must pay for street parking and it is quite limited depending on the time.

Wow! Seriously, this is the first time I am writing a one-star Yelp review for poor customer service. Today, I asked an older (maybe in her late 50s or 60s), shorter Filipina woman with glasses (I know because she was speaking Tagalog with her associate) if they had wart remover in stock. She looked at me puzzled and said no then turned around and kept talking to her associate. Even the associate didn't care to help. There were no other customers around either. Very rude, dismissive and no effort to try and understand what I needed. I still am shocked by the lack of care because I believe in being kind to everyone. I mean, if you don't like your job, you can still be kind to others. So confused by her behavior. I looked up the product on my phone and showed her it was in stock in her store and she seemed annoyed and pointed at a shelf, no words. It was a very strange and rude interaction. The only reason I mentioned her physical description earlier is because I didn't catch her name because I would have placed formal complaint/feedback to the manager. I'm certain human decency is a skill needed when working with customers. It was only my second time visiting this store and I do not plan to visit this Walgreens again even though we live close by.

Consistently very poor customer service They don't know how to release an order I placed for pickup at walgreens.com This happens always and I wish they trained the staff better !! Or else just remove this store from the pickup list at walgreens.com

i signed up via the Walgreens website to get a covid booster for 11:30 today. When i got there, i had to wait in line for 15 minutes and then was told that they didn't have any covid vaccine. This is disgraceful. They should not have allowed me to book the appointment in the first place or at least called me about the situation. The staff was unhelpful and wouldn't help me rebook another appointment. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me with Walgreens. What a joke!!

I have been a customer of Walgreens off and on for 40 plus years. They are the worst pharmacy ever! Every time I try to give them a chance they FAIL. Leaving customers without medication for weeks on end with no concern. They could care less the distress they leave their customers. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Shame on you!!

Customer service was terrible. Staff at photo was dismissive, had bad communications and talked with an attitude. There was a lack of attention to standard requirements and details for passport photos (Non- US). It took a few tries to get a photo that is straight and not titled. Overall, it was a waste of time and a very upsetting experience.
