“Small hotel with friendly owners. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Price is very reasonable. Had dinner and breakfast at the Safeway less than 5 minutes away.”

“Stayed here after our trip to Lassen NP! The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, sweet, and kind! Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean! Seemed freshly remodeled as well! Internet was fast and high quality - could stream and facetime! We were able to use the laundry in the connected hotel - $2 for washer and $2 for dryer. Great prices compared to others on our road trip. Also had a mini fridge/freezer, ice machine, and microwave, as well as grills! A sweet little place to rest your head. :)”

“Old property but clean with good service, and great location. It is only 12 minutes away from Burney Falls. It is a small remote town with not that many restaurants' options so be ready. There is Safeway grossary store and a couple gas stations.”

“The manager Marissa was amazing. Her customer service was fabulous. The room was cleaned well, it was just a 8 min drive to burney falls. It felt safe and all workers working the grounds were kind. A great pick if you’re not camping and need a hotel close to the falls.”
