Glenn is an absolutely amazing teacher! He is excellent with kids. My son has been attending lessons for almost a year and has learned so much! I would highly recommend LongShot MMA for kids and adults!

Long shot is a great gym and Glenn is an awesome instructor who will definitely make anyone better from the young up and coming fighters to the old out of shape people like myself it’s a good environment and I recommend.

Welcoming atmosphere. Teacher's great with the kids. Family oriented. Dedicated to teaching, even if there's only one student. Lots of fun, and discipline.
