If I could give them zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service. Major rat infestation. Disgusting conditions. Loose wires all over the main office posing potential fire hazards.
Don’t store your belongings here if you actually want to keep them.

At first all was good . I had been late on my bill a couple of times but I paid the late fee without any further problem until recently - I owed 1 month plus late fees which I paid online . Immediately after, I contacted management over the phone to let her know I paid for last month and that I'm aware of the new current bill for this new month that would be taken care of over the weekend online under my account. That same day I received an email saying I have till the 10th ( as usual ) to pay my current bill and avoid further charges but for some reason my info was not recognized and could not process the payment. Monday morning , the 9th , I called to pay over the phone but was told that my unit was already inventoried/ a loss. I was beyond mad ! I nay owed for the current month and still wasn't late till the following day, the 10th which would now include an extra $15 fee BUT, I STILL HAD 1 DAY before any of this could take place. And I found out that I wasn't able to pay online over the weekend (office is closed on Sundays) because my account had been closed and the system no longer recognized my email. What a shitty and rude way to treat a customer and dirty manner to handle business . This is absolutely wrong !! I REFUSE TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS AND ACCEPT ANY LOSS !!! This matter will be handled and those of you considering renting a unit at this place, BEWARE !

These people are crooks they auctioned my two storages they sent certified letter to wrong address then they themselves dropped certified letter at the correct address in mail box themselves no signature was ever given & the they took my taxidermy my deer & badger& my father's trophy rainbow trout & thet said they gave them away because fish & game told them they. Could not sell them legally .there liars & crooks .not even a courtesy phone. call to tell me so. I would not trust my things there ever again
