A “management team member” in the Discovery Bay CVS argued with me on a pice that showed on the CVS App when scanning the item and refused to discuss the price difference. She had ZERO customer service and should not be allowed to work with the public. She was combative and her tone was angry! I will never shop at that store again, returned the item I bought after going to Safeway and found the same exact item for the lower price. I will go out of my way to avoid rude stores, managers and will never go back!!

Very Rude, they don’t care, and also when needing meds out of a hospital, they were also very rude with other family members too we all feel it’s very wrong of them

Regarding CVS pharmacy in Discovery Bay--I keep putting off going because their hours are extremely limited. Then I come in during my work, extra trip just to go during open hours and they are at lunch 1:30 - 2. The cashier was extremely rude! Says they are at lunch at that time every day (quite rudely I might add) as if I know this?! Think I need to switch pharmacies...

Best experience at the Discovery Bay CVS on July 4th. I forgot my cash and credit cards at home and was purchasing a greeting card. The clerk, Darcy, offered to pay for the card. She then discovered I had $20 in Care Pass rewards and I was able to buy other items along with the card. Thanks, Darcy, for going above and beyond!

This review is specifically for the pharmacy. Rude. Very rude. There are a couple employees here that do go out of their way to help their customers, but everyone else looks at you like “please go away” lolAlso they take a lunch from 1:30-2:00pm and they are completely closed during that time.They enjoy being difficult. Safeway is better.

This CVS is easy to deal with regarding prescriptions, insurance, communication and help with applying discounts. We’re very happy with the service we’ve received at this particular store.

Terrible customer service, incompetent and rude. Unfortunately not many pharmacy choices in DB. Not surprised with all the bad reviews, can't believe they still have a license. Will use my old pharmacy in Tracy.

Extremely poor people skills and business practices. All of this in one visit:Told us that the prescription wasn’t sent to them and there was nothing they could do. After driving around, confirming prescription with ER, etc., we found out it was simply under the wrong name and they had meant to call us.We never could get a phone call through, and once in store I found out why. During my 40 minutes in store, “1 call for pharmacy” was on repeat. They chose to never answer the incoming calls, even just to say sorry we’re busy can you wait on hold or call back”.Once they found and resolved the issue, they discovered they didn’t have a simple antibiotic. Thankfully they did try and find another location that had it, but said they couldn’t confirm because the other CVS wouldn’t answer the phone either.Normally this wouldn’t be an issue, but the negative attitude and hostility on top of the issues really put a bow on the whole experience.

I love this store. People are always nice, and helpful especially an employee by the name of Ligia. She is always smiling, and happy to help. She is always striking a conversation of whatever it might be. She has a big heart. Will definately go back just because of her if that. Stay gold Ligia. By Mario

The pharmacy is ALWAYS short staffed. I have to wait in a long line every time I go. Don't even bother trying to call, it's eternal hold. I've never successfully got anyone on the phone, basically have to go wait in a line to ask your question in person. They are friendly when you can get them.
