Although, I did not end up purchasing anything, the store was really nice. Customer service was great! They even checked in the back to see if they had any additional products that I was looking for. The shoe and bag displays were really nice. Some really nice clothing pieces too. Would definitely return to this store.

Typical outlet setting and service. Steps down from showroom boutique service but they had stuff available that I liked to purchase. Got a bracelet and ring. No frills in and out in less than 30 mins. Lots of tourists so don't expect uninterrupted 1:1 customer service.Store is clean and easy to navigate.

Had amazing experience with Carlos , silver hair guy didn't get his last Name, extremely helpful and honest I respect that from a sales person who tell you what looks good not been dishonest just to make a Sale says a lot of person. He suggested a piece that was out my comfort zone and love it . You are a great asset to the company you work for definitely will return to the store Thanks again , Carlos cheers Andres G

Didn’t even go in the store, both Store associates were very rude, and ignored me and all I wanted was to ask them about a product. FYI, It was 15 min til closing (7pm)

So where do I start, I visited the Alexander McQueen boutique in Cabazon this weekend and I have never felt such blatant racism in my life. Granted I am Mexican-American and my husband and son are African american. I went into the boutique to find my son his graduation shoe since he will graduating high school in a couple of weeks. We walked in and there was only 1 customer in the store and a SA standing behind the counter. We walk in and where not great (fine) so we walk to the back of the store because thats where the mens shoes were located right next to the counter and yet still the female SA did not acknowledge us. Not a "How can I help you" I continue to talk to my son on which shoe he wanted and the women still did not ask if we needed help and we are 5 feet away from her. She walks from behind the counter and walks to the front of the store leaving us standing there, because several other people walk in and of course they are Caucasian and totally ignores us. Another SA come from the back and I had to ask him if he can help us. I did purchase the shoes because that is what my son want but he did ask why where we treated that way. That was an uncalled for conversation I had to have with my son. WOULD NOT GO BACK!!!!!!

This store is small, but has gorgeous items! This store was only one of a couple places, at the center, where they did not hover over me and stand close every time I picked up an item for a closer look. I had my eye on two pairs of shoes, however they only had one pair in my size. I absolutely love my new shoes and can't wait to wear them. Cody helped me out and was very sweet. An older gentleman was also present and provided me with information on some of the merchandise (when I asked, not hovering over me, which I liked!) I plan to return again in the future. You guys have a satisfied customer!
