Paid $50 just for 2 pizzas and a half a pizza. I don't know if it was the area, but that's a bit pricey for pizza. Food was good the service not so great.

Burned blackened pizza. ? First time at a Blaze Pizza, won't be returning. Bottom of pizza was not just a little burned, it was black. We thought about having them remake it, but when we stood at the pickup counter three people looked at us and just ignored us. The employees seemed to be inconvenienced by customers and it wasn't a busy time. We decided it wasn't worth the flight, so we threw the pizza in the trash and left. We could see the oven itself looked blackened, so it probably has lots of burned dough on it. So we're out $15 and headed elsewhere for dinner.

Very bad customer service at this location. When I got my pizza literally a large portion of the dough was gone. I request led another one be made, so they took the pizza back. I said I would to keep the one they messed up and start feeding my family while they made another but that was not going to happen. Compare that to a place like in n out who will make you a new meal and give you gift cards for the inconvenience. Great experience at other blaze locations, but not this one. Stay clear. I asked to speak with the manager but apparently I was already speaking with the lead.

I love blaze pizza, but at this place staff took my order with an unpleasant attitude, looked at me with a disbelieving expression even after I repeated myself 2-3 times for each topping. When I asked for mozzarella cheese, twice used goat cheese instead. Also main topping I wanted was supposedly out of stock (even though it was only around 6 PM), and he only begrudgingly fetched a generous amount of it from the kitchen after I hesitated. It turns out he had it all along, so I don't understand why initially said it was unavailable. this is the first time I've felt so upset at a restaurant, paying for food but not getting what I wanted

Amazing how time flies! Kid you not, the last time I was here at Blaze Pizza was when both my daugthers were under 10 years old. Good to know the business is still here. After our visit at Carvana PPA Tour - The Masters in Rancho Mirage, my eldest daugther and I got here for early dinner on a Sunday. There were about 10+ people ahead of us. The line never stopped piling up... it was dinner time! Anyway, we went with Build Your Own Pizza with original dough for $14.99 each. They do have their signature pizzas with their own creative combination of ingredients for selection. Lots of variety of meats and veggies to choose from. My daughter went very simple and got only 4 ingredients where I went all out and got Canadian bacon plus every possible vegetable that was there. Yes, I piled it on! LOL Both pizzas came out looking good and they tasted delicious. However, my pizza got a little wet at the bottom of crust because of the all veggies... I didn't mind it, but it was challenging to hold a soggy slice of pizza without getting my hands wet LOL... my fault for getting so many veggies, but I love my veggies. Staff was pleasant. Price was decent. Lots of seating inside. They also have outside seating. The only thing that could have been better is the lighting. I felt it was a little dim-ish inside. I don't know if they were going for the romantic look and feel LOL, but I didn't get that loving energy... maybe if I was with my one true love, then those feelings may have rushed right in... NOT LOL. Btw, Blaze Pizza is one of the very few eateries at Desert Hills Premium Outlet. Enjoy!!!
