Very bad customer service
I bought the dresses by mistake I choose wrong size, went immediately for replacement of size, the manager ( regular person called manager )at counter remove the future discount coupon when ask about it rudely said it’s not for replacement order.
I ask her politely why you tear it, she gave me the teared coupon. This is the customer service?

Super on trend selection and really easy return policy. I recently bought a box of undies and when I got home one was defective. The store sent me an entire new box of 3. Great store.

Went to this location today. I don’t usually leave a review but ms linda was super helpful and kind. I ended up buying 5 shirts and jacket because she was very accommodating finding new sizes and different kinds of clothing that are similar. Maybe she is a very good seller too! Lol just want to give her kudos. Thank you ms linda!
