This place claims to be open 24 hours a day, but try to go there in the middle of the night and you'll more often than not find the doors locked and a piece of paper taped to the door saying sorry we're closed and nothing more. And if you are lucky enough to get to this place when they are open, good luck finding what you need cuz they're probably out of it like usual. And the fuel is way overpriced.

How sad for the customer that buys from this establishment. Consumer beware. We stopped to get the fried chicken dinner which was excellent. We also bought a couple cups of coffee. Since we were traveling, we ate the chicken in the car and then noticed one of the cups of coffee had split open and created a mess on the console. To clean it up, one of us had to get napkins and went back in and he told the clerk that one of our coffee cups had failed and asked for a new one. To our total surprise and disgust, the clerk stated it wasn't leaking on the counter when we left so sorry, no replacement on the coffee. I went back to get more napkins to clean up the mess and I told the clerk how disappointed that he wouldn't let us get a new coffee especially after spending $30+ on the 8 piece dinner n coffee. I shared with the clerk that it was a bad business decision to not make things right with a new cup of coffee as I was getting more napkins to clean up the mess in our car. He said you know I have the right to kick you out of the store. And I said I have the right to have a sturdy coffee cup when I spend my money. He told me, do not come back in for more napkins. I said he wouldn't have to worry because he just lost a regular customer. How tragic it is that a business won't stand behind their product and give their customer another cup of coffee, especially when it was such a small part of a $30 dinner. The clerk is obvious unschooled in how to run a business. Be very careful if you buy from these stores because the clerks and managers obviously don't have a clue as to how to run a customer centered business. The customer of this establishment is definitely the l**** if they have an issue arise. I for one will not be back.

Honest. Friendly.Don’t miss a chance to stop, refresh, fuel up and enjoy great customer service if you are traveling on I-10 through Cabazon! The San Gorgonio Pass that is home to the Cabazon community in Riverside County, CA, is known for its prevailing westerly winds. Dependably, a stop near the summit will give opportunity to experience the persistent breezes that power the many mountain top wind turbines to generate electricity. Very near the summit is a Circle K/76 convenience store/fuel stop. The traveler that stops there will not only experience the westerly winds, but also the friendly staff and ownership of this wonderful place of business. On a recent drive eastward on I-10 we stopped for coffee and fuel. The coffee was hot and fresh, and the facilities were clean. The manager, Sam, was working the cash register and we enjoyed him chat about the winds and the special glass shielding that is outside the entrance to divert the westerly winds.About four hours later, way down the road eastward on I-10, we discovered that our wallet was nowhere to be found in the car. We concluded in a panic that we must have left it in the Circle K/76 convenience store on a countertop. We paused alongside the road to search out the phone number for this business. When we called and inquired about a “lost wallet” Sam responded “yes, a customer found it and turned it in.” With relief we identified ourselves to correspond to the Driver’s License and other information in the wallet asked if he would be willing to ship it to us. He responded without hesitation, “sure”!We exchanged contact information and he later sent us tracking information for the wallet.Winds are an expected experience in the San Gorgonio Pass.Honest and friendly people and service can be part of the expectation.Hats off to Sam and his staff at the Cabazon Circle K/76 for their friendliness and integrity!!Hats off also to the honest customer that turned the wallet in!!
