Great staff; very attentive. Love the product made in Maine USA and Italy; not in the sweat shops in China with child labor. To my knowledge, this shop and New Balance are mostly USA; unlike other men's and women's footwear. Sketcher brand is about the same price range and made in China and Tialand, and Vietnam by little children; yikes.

I was here yesterday. I bought myself two pairs of shoes. Very happy with my purchase, great shoes, very comfortable and excellent quality. The sellers were very kind to me, offering their help without being intrusive. Everything was shown what I wanted. In a word, I am very pleased with everything. I recommend this store and its products!

Cole Haan has become the brand of my go to shoe for a business casual work environment because of the comfortable sole. I'm in a profession in which I need to be on my feet a lot and often wear 20-30 lb lead vests. Having the extra weight with traditional dress shoes usually kills my feet at the end of the day. I just happened to drop into this store after my family wanted to explore the outlets and I decided to tag along with no specific goal. I realized I only had one pair of comfortable work shoes so I decided to look around for another pair. My favorite design is the zero grand stitchlite wingtip. I normally wear a size 10.5 or 11 for shoes but the last pair of Cole Haan Stitchlites that I bought in size 10.5 was too big. I tried the size 10.5 again and it was slightly loose. I couldn't find a size 10 to try and asked the salesperson Leonardo for some help. He was able to find a size 10 pair in the back which fit well. Tip: if buying a shoe with the stitchlite (fabric) upper, you may need to get it a half size smaller than your normal shoe size. Over time the stitch lite stretches out more than a leather upper and will feel slightly loose.

Cole Haan has super confortable shoes for work if you are someone that is always standing up. Today I found some cool boots that are comfy and cute!
