Good spot with a wide selection of Converse. I called to have some shoes put on hold and showed up about 30 minutes later. Unfortunately, the staff member had forgotten to put them at the front or got distracted. Not a huge deal since they had others in stock, but small details that make a review go from 5 to 4 stars. Prices were reasonable, store was clean, and staff was very nice.

Very unfriendly manager.
They advertise a 20% discount online if it's your birthday, but everyone seems to be overwhelmed by it.
The manager was called and he was quite rude to me and dismissed me…. Bad customer treatment.

Excellent service. Guys helped us get what we were looking for and also went the extra mile to apply a discount coupon one of our party had that was causing issue. Good range and plenty of sizes.

Don’t buy with them if you aren’t US citizen. They sell you a damaged product and deny warranty because its „we are only processing claims for US customers”. Discrimination at its best. Lousy service

Imelda and Angelina were outstanding! They provided the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. It was great to see the teamwork between them, too. They click off each other really well! When I get back there I hope they’ll be there too ??Thank you, Angelina and Imelda ????
