Glitchy, but made it work. Has Chademo! It's on the fourth floor of the parking garage. Overpriced food court in Morango has Panda, Chicken, Pizza, and Fat Burger. Was actually open, unlike the stations at the Outlets.

No complaints 👌, free access to the parking lot (Go to 4th floor), went on a good day, all chargers were working, I was able to go inside the casino to the bathroom, and the food court 😀.
