Worst staff I've ever met. The manager should NOT be a manager. She was super defensive when I waa giving feedback about them not even giving any attention when we were trying to purchase. Instead of listening she just kept insisting they're right. My kids buy shoes at journey's all the time but this is the worst experience ever.

Very much enjoyed the help from the worker hector. He was very patient with my boyfriend and I. It was our first time shopping at journeys so we were very confused but he took his time to explain things to us. He had great recommendations about shoes and was very polite. Hector was also very knowledgeable about shoes. My experience here was definitely a 10/10 because of hector!

I casually stopped in the store to check out the inventory and did not plan on making a purchase, however, there were so many cute options and sales that I ended up being there for a while. The service was amazing! Melissa and Anjolie were super helpful and made my shopping experience very pleasant. The ladies were patient, professional, and even made shopping a fun experience (especially, since I'm more of a Birks girl over sneakers). Thanks to these ladies I will definitely be back!
