I spent $242 (including tax) on a full-priced green T-shirt at this store. After about ten minutes, I ran into my wife, who pointed out that the color of the shirt was too similar to another one I already had. So, I headed back to the Kenzo store to exchange it for a blue T-shirt, which was priced at around $161.6 (including tax). The saleswoman said she could do the exchange, but unfortunately, she couldn't refund the $80.4 price difference due to their no-refund policy in the system. I even spoke with the manager, who reiterated the same thing but suggested that I could pay extra to exchange more expensive items. Ultimately, I had no other option but to spent additional $101.28 to get a black hoodie. It was quite a peculiar shopping experience, and I definitely won't be going back there again.

I went to buy 2 sweatshirts and 1 kid's shirt. I nicely asked the cashier to separate 1 sweatshirts since it's gonna be a gift. She flatly told me in a rude a way! NO! I have to fit them all in one bag! I'm so unimpressed with her and feel like they don't need my purchase at all! I bought a couple of shirts in this store but not treated this way!!!

Clothing is way overpriced. Place is dead and they have 2 customers at a time keeping anyone else in a line, except thats not a real problem since they don't have customers. The employees pounce on you if you're not wearing mask! Like its May 2020. Have you ever seen anyone wearing their clothing?

Cute clothes. Great staff. Walked away with a tiger face hoodie.
