This was my first time in Levi’s, and I love this place. Not only were the jeans I got exactly what I wanted, the customer service was top notch. Savannah helped me out, even going so far to get out a tape measure for me to find out what my size was. She asked me questions on what I was looking for, and gave me two pairs of jeans to start off. I thought that was the end of it, but while I was in the changing room she slipped two more pairs of jeans over the top of the door and told me that she thought these would fit me perfectly. She was absolutely correct and I loved them. She deserves a promotion! Really clean place, great service, and great quality. Will come here again!

Went in to do a return, once I got to the front I had to wait for a manager, or someone who was able to do returns. Waited so long even tho they saw me standing there. Eventually a kind worker had to call the manager over three times and they still wouldn’t help me. Finally was approached by, I would assume the manager? And right from the get go they were extremely rude. Giving attitude and we’re doing their best to not help me. Even felt like I was being lied to about the return policy. Didn’t catch the name of this gentleman but this store really needs to evaluate who they put in charge. The way I was being spoken to is no way to talk to someone, especially a customer.

I’m a huge fan of Levi’s I have been coming here for years. I like the deals I like to close I like the people that worked there. There’s a young lady by the name of Ashley. She was working in the fitting rooms and at the same time I was able to help me out to find some jeans for my uncle. Very pretty girl very nice very helpful. The girl that checked this out, her name was car. She was very nice as well and helped us out with the rewards app. I will definitely be back because of them.
