They failed to deliver on time. Had to contact customer service so many times and problem was never resolved. Cancelled in the end. Very disappointed.

Braved a 100 plus degree day and glad we stopped in here! Well stocked with sale and regular items, we were able to purchase a couple soap/lotion gift packs while the ladies working there helped us through the buying process. It is especially convenient to try a lot of the samples as well. L'occitane is more than just their famous hand lotion! I've dabbled with their men's skin care line over the years and can attest to good products. We also received 20% off the entire order for signing up for emails, a nice added bonus !

KELLY- What an exceptional SA. She did not only deliver great customer service but her product knowledge excelled my experience to the next level. I was able to find specific gifts for my picky Aunties which I'm sure they will love. Thank you!

Waste of time fighting traffic to come to this location. Very limited selection and nothing special about the prices at all in my opinion. I buy a lot of L’Occitane and this spot is not worth coming to in my opinion.

I recommend you skip this store. I am an African American sr citizen out shopping for the day. The old clerk had a long stare, no hello. She never took her eyes off me with a stern ugly face. Once I could I turned to leave the store (space), noticed when a couple entered the store she smiled and was all over them. A young sales person ran over to say hello to me, I waived her off, she asked me to come back. I was very offended by the old clerk's behavior as I have shopped at several other L'Occitane shops with nothing but joy. She does not fit the ambiance. I will go back to the other stores.

Bought some last minute gift items today. I met a sales associate, she's so awesome! She made me try different options and suggested some gift items. She also gave me some gift boxes when asked. If you come by this outlet store, come ask her to assistance. Her name is DEW! Again, thank you so much. You made my shopping a lot easier. 12-12-2020

This is all about store selection. A lot of outlets that you won't see many other places. Yes it is crowded - but that's because people know a good thing when they see it. We try to get there early or very late, and avoid holiday weekends. Do those things and you should be fine.

This was my return visit to this outlet mall in 20 years. The stores have expanded out and created a very nice venue. Parking is ample and the stores are easy to get to and there are plenty of restroom stops along the way as well as an interactive directory. The only downside is I couldn't find great deals at this outlet. The 30 to 50 % signs did not help when the items were still considered overpriced in my opinion. If I am going to pay those type of prices, I might as well go to a regular mall where the selection will be better. I did enjoy the ethnic food kiosks compared to the food court options though.

I recommend going early. Parking is horrible but the store selection is great. There are many premium stores and lots of discounts. Fun afternoon shopping. Plus, everyone I met was very friendly.

Do you remember the episode of the Twilight Zone where the millionaire drives a $350,000 Rolls Royce to the desert to nickel and dime at the outlet mall? Yeahhh, that's because it's not paranormal activity in Cabazon; its just a normal day at the Desert Hills Outlets... Like any wispy desert mirage, it's unclear if you can really believe what you're seeing. Yes, you literally see people show up in super-luxury cars and cart out boxes upon boxes of goods. I guess it's less about, "spending less" and more about, "getting more." TBH, the prices are often significantly lower on big ticket items (e.g. Gucci, Versace, Tom Ford, Burberry) so, the trip to the desert could actually end up being financially worth it. It doesn't hurt that the location by Mount San Jacinto is hands-down just pretty damned beautiful. Personally, the only item I could afford was a Boba tea, but the beautiful setting and watching the manic post-holiday scramble was worth it. One real complaint: the hours for many businesses are incorrect and even after calling the directory, it's impossible to get ahold of an associate. Fix this! (or, don't, I'm sure people will continue to come anyway).

A lot of people. Not enough parking. We parked up the hill on the dirt. There were also side streets near the mall. Thank goodness no one gets hit by a car. It was crowded. At least there were some security staff directing traffic at crosswalk connecting the mall buildings. Most of the stores we have it at the outlets here in Vegas. Really just went to the mall for Gucci and TOMS.

Love this outlet.. whenever we get the chance to come down, they have a nice amount of designer stores, maybe second to Woodbury in NY. They have great deals on holidays. They also have a good selection of food trucks.
