I called on a really good day last week and was able to chat with Michael, the West Coast Regional Manager, who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect work bag.I learned so much about the brand, but needed a bit more time to decide on which bag I wanted. He referred me to Larry, who also provided excellent customer service when I finally decided to purchase a rare limited edition briefcase. Since the briefcase was final sale, he provided a thorough inspection, as well as a complimentary leather conditioning! Five stars!
