Wonderful people. Came in looking for a watch and received such phenomenal service had to leave a review. Pristine and dignified elements of style. The extra flare you need to add embellishments for that special occasion or just a date night with your special someone.

I came in wanting to take a look at some backpacks. The rep that helped me, Wing (I think that was her name), was very helpful and showed me a few different styles. I really tried it out and the rep even brought out a laptop to show me that certain size laptops fit and did not hesitate to take time to show me the features of the backpack. I did want to take a look at backpacks from some other brands, so I told her I wanted to take a look at other brands and would be back if I decided to go with Montblanc backpack, and she did not seem disappointed or annoyed at all. After looking, I did go back to buy the backpack and she was with another client, so I had to wait a short time, but I was helped promptly, and she brought out a brand new one from the back and allowed me to examine it all thoroughly to ensure I was satisfied with the backpack. Should I want to buy anything else from Montblanc, I'll definitely check this place out again.

Not really an outlet, pen prices are more expensive than what I could find on their actual website. Website also offers free engraving, the shop doesn’t. I don’t understand why they would have a shop in the outlet and have 0 discount.

i visited the store to seriously consider replacing my Starwalker that was stolen. the inexperienced young man did his best and relied on the older staff that both were robotic nor interested in selling a $900 pen. the 2 other women seemed least interested in trying to help the young man close a sale , as he clearly needed their knowledge.I guess the commission must be competitive. for a high end product, they acted low end. glad I decided not to buy, I'll head to a regular boutique in Los Angeles to replace my Monte blanc. sorry to the kid, I would have bought if the service was more genuine from the other 2 that clearly jumped at the foreign tourists thinking they'll make a better commission I guess, than from helping me with product information. as a registered architect we take $1000 pens seriously. honestly, senior management for this shop needs to clean house and put classy people that know how to handle elegant people looking to easily spend $1000 or more on a pen.

First time in a Montblanc shop, and I absolutely loved the experience. From the moment I walked I felt very comfortable. I was very lucky to have Jesse assist me with my first Swiss watch purchase. He is super knowledgeable and a genuine person. He answered all the questions I had plus shared some of the history behind Montblanc. I probably spent an hour talking to him about watches and other Montblanc products which I am looking forward to purchasing. If you need anything from here ask for Jesse!

I was outside of the store waiting for them to open. They did not have their hours posted but I was assuming they would open at 11:00 like everyone else in Cabazon. 3 workers went inside, none of which said anything to me. When the last one went inside she looked over at the person that was going to clean the windows and sweep and said "let's do this" and let her inside. I politely asked her if they were open and she quickly said no and went inside. It was 11:18 before they opened their doors. The lady that ended up helping me check out was nice but the rest really need to work on their customer service skills.
