I enjoy going to Morongo. The service is good even when it's busy. Location well I live in Orange County so it can be far when there is traffic, but over all I would tell others to go try it out if you haven't.

Great room with excellent service from the staff of the hotel and restaurants. About an hour from home. We'll definitely be back.
Safety: Nice visible presence of Public Safety officers throughout the facility.
Food and drinks: Delicious food and strong, tasty drinks.

Should have craps! I’m surprised that they have almost everything BUT table craps here especially with how filled those tables get at other resorts! Still a nice resort but If they added Table Craps I’d totally stay for longer. Maybe something for the future?

Dining at the Asian restaurant was outstanding. Drinks and meals for 6 with 6 takeaways for under 300 was a steal. Great service and dodger win viewing and celebration made it priceless.

My husband and I went to celebrate my birthday and we took our Maltese with us she’s my husband’s emotional support dog he carries her in a sling bag she doesn’t bark all she does is sit in the sling with my husband and keeps her eye on my husband if not for her we wouldn’t be able to go anywhere none of the staff have ever told us she couldn’t be I the casino if anything they always say she’s so cute but that day a security guard came up to my husband and told him that we had to leave said but why she’d my emotional support dog and he said that they didn’t consider emotional support dogs real support dogs and he went on and on every single point I would make he would discount it and say that things like tribal laws are different here and that we could put her in the car and come back into the casino we weren’t going to do that so I asked to speak to his supervisor he got mad and said hi s supervisor would tell us to leave also never let us speak to anyone else so we went to the cashier and went home as soon as we got into the car my husband got an anxiety attack and said we’re never coming to this casino again my birthday was ruined we weren’t being unreasonable to ask to speak to a supervisor he just didn’t let us talk to him
Noteworthy details: I’ve never experienced any kind of a problem with any other employee at Morongo casino every employee weather it be their security or or any other employee there they are always cordial with us as we are with them

I am so disappointed in Morongo. I was there on 2/22/24 for my birthday. I was playing on an older machine and noticed my phone was dead so I plugged it into a newer machine behind me I kept looking back to check on it and within a matter of seconds it was gone I called security and they were extremely unhelpful and useless aside from the hundreds of cameras around the area there was one directly above the machine where my phone was but they advised they could not review it and I asked what my options were bad I was told nothing. I had to ask them to call the police bc I wanted to file a police report. The guard looked annoyed that I wanted to do that. Once they got there they took me into a room bc they were trying to hide the fact that a crime was committed. We all know they look at those cameras it baffles me that they can see a crime was committed and are ok with criminals walking around burglarizing their customers. I’ve been a member there for many years driving further because I loved it there. But it’s clear they don’t care about their customers or their safety. Needless to say I’m not going to let this go and will be following up with the sheriffs department.I told several other slot players what was going on and a few told me they had been burglarized as well and one told me she was approached by someone trying to see her used probably stolen jewlery. Morongo should not be protecting these criminals before their guest. I am disgusted.
